Their First Meeting

Xavier POV

She was pregnant. I knew she was lying this morning saying she was on her period.

The truth is, I wanted her to get pregnant.

After what happened with Mathew it angered me that Iris wouldn't tell me about it. The weird part was that Sam gave me the evidence. But that didn't matter.

I didn't want to get her pregnant over the fact that she kissed Mathew. It was a lame excuse. I wanted her to carry our child so everyone knew she was mine.

Iris was taking a shower as I ordered someone to clean her vomit up. I was sitting in my chair waiting for her to get out.

Didn't I tell her to hurry up? It's been twenty minutes.

I've wanted Iris ever since the first day I met her. I was surprised that she didn't remember me.

Flashback

"Why do I have to go? Can't I just send my employees?"

Today I had to go to one of my co partners daughters birthday party. It was irritating since I didn't give a damn about it.

"Mr. Queen your father insists you to go since you have a deal with Sam Incorporations." I rolled my eyes at my secretary. "Whatever. I will only stay there for awhile then leave." She nodded and left my office. I looked at myself in the mirror and readjusted my tie.

"Let's just get this over with," I muttered under my breath.

I walked out of my building with my new PA. I would have a new one almost every month. Most of them were either trying to get into my pants, in which they succeeded to do so. After that I would leave them and find a new PA.

We got into my Rolls Royce and left.

I can't wait for this to be over.

"Welcome Xavier!" Greeted Sam walking towards me with a big smile. I nodded and fake smiled at him. This man was a fool for thinking I cared. "Let me introduce you to my wife, Carla, and my daughter." His wife gave me a warm smile and hugged me.

It took me by surprise but whatever. She also seemed to care.

The party was at a beach house which was a bad idea. This just added another reason for me to not be here. The sand gets irritating after awhile.

I looked over to meet his daughter but she was nowhere to be seen. "Oh- I'm so sorry. I will go and get Iris," said Carla hurrying inside the beach house.

"Let's go inside, shall we?" I nodded as Sam took me in. I can't wait to just meet these people and leave.
Inside there were mostly businessmen and some young kids here and there. Sam was talking about something as I saw a young girl walking over with Carla. She was clearly nervous but she looked so cute.
What?

She's not cute! She's just a little girl. I got rid of my thoughts as Carla introduced her to me. "Xavier this is my beautiful daughter, Iris." I nodded looking at her. She only looked at me once before turning her eyes the other way. "H-hello," she said stuttering.

I chuckled and held my hand out. She looked up and took it but I couldn't help but notice hesitation.

"Hello, it's nice to meet you. My name is Xavier." She reminded me of my little sister. Her eyes were beautiful. They were light brown but there was something so captivating about them.

Iris nodded and turned towards her mother. "Can I go back to my friends now?"

Carla chuckled and nodded letting her walk away. For some reason I wanted to get to know her. Of course she was younger than me but in a few years that could change.

"I'm sorry about that Xavier. Iris isn't very welcoming when it comes to strangers." I nodded and fake smiled at Sam.

The rest of the time I was there I would see Iris here and there enjoying her time with her friends. She looked so innocent, cute, happy, and amazing. I was so attracted to her. Normally girls would throw themselves at me but she didn't seem to care at all.

But she was still young, I thought.

Iris finally came out of the shower feeling slightly embarrassed with only a pink towel on.

"I-I need some clothes." I chuckled and stood up walking towards her. "I would prefer you without clothes," I said brushing a hair out of the way and putting it neatly behind her ear.

She blushed looking down as I lifted her chin up. I placed a soft kiss on her lips.

"Here," I handed her clothes out from my back that Michael got. She nodded and whispered a slight 'thank you' while leaving towards the bathroom to change.

I went back to my seat waiting for her.

The thought of me becoming a father made me happy. I've wanted children but not by mistake or with someone I didn't love. But I loved Iris. And that's keeping me from exploding.

I would discuss to her about the wedding, the baby, and Mathew.

It will take time but thinking about it now, revenge isn't the best option towards a pregnant woman. We will try and make this relationship work even though some things won't be forgiven nor forgotten.

This was a filler chapter to let you know how Xavier and Iris first met. I also wanted you guys to know Xavier's POV of the news!
