Third Person POV

Iris sat down as Xavier was looking into her eyes. None of them spoke as they were looking at each other.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door which caused both of their heads to snap towards the door.
Taylor walked in with a huge grin on his face. "What do you want Taylor? Didn't I tell you to get the fuck out of New York?" Asked Xavier with clear annoyance laced in his voice. Iris sat there not knowing what to do.

Taylor smirked. "Xavier that's not a way to treat your older brother. I can come here whenever I want. As for your fiancé she was a clear mess when I came an hour ago." Iris's eyes widened as Xavier clenched his fists. She quickly put her hand on his clenched fist for him to calm down.

"Get the hell out while I'm warning you!" Yelled Xavier.

"Mom and Dad just wanted me to check up on you and your fiancé, I was going to leave anyways," explained Taylor rolling his eyes. "Oh and by the way, they're coming for the wedding and arrive tomorrow," and with that Taylor left the office.

Xavier pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed. He was irritated that all this happened so fast. Iris on the other hand was embarrassed and shocked.

"Xavier, I just realized I don't know much about you. I don't know your parents, relationships, siblings, and so much more." He nodded and looked at her.

"I know but I will explain all that later on. For now let's focus on the baby." Iris blushed and nodded.
"S-So you wanted me to get pregnant over Mathew?" She asked still annoyed. Xavier sighed and shook his head.

"No, not just that. I wanted everyone to know that you were mine. I didn't want to lose you again so I decided that by getting you pregnant would have to stay with me," answered Xavier sighing in defeat. Iris nodded and understood.

She knew that he didn't want to leave her after she had escaped. "I'm sorry," he whispered. "No, I should be the one saying sorry. Maybe if I had told you we would be in different circumstances today." Xavier nodded.

"Why didn't you tell me that you were pregnant? I already knew something was wrong but you kept on hiding it." Iris looked down embarrassed.

"I-I thought you wouldn't want me anymore if I had a baby. I d-decided to not tell you and get to know you more." Xavier chuckled and held her hand. "I would want you even more if you carried our child." Iris blushed as he held her chin up and kissed her by surprise.

It was passionate and pleasing. They both pulled back panting. "The wedding will be held in five days," Xavier informed her suddenly. Iris was shocked but tried to cover it up. She hadn't realized that time had gone by so fast that they would already be married. "Xavier, can't we take some time off and have the wedding later on?"

He sighed and shook his head. "The contract has already been signed by Sam and I, there's no going back." Iris nodded very frustrated. "But, we can still get married and get to know each other afterwards. There will be plenty of time for that," Xavier added smirking.

Iris looked away blushing as he chuckled. "My parents will come tomorrow and I'm sure you don't have anything to worry about." Iris nodded meeting his gaze.

Xavier then got up and held out a hand for Iris. She was confused but took it.

"We're going to the doctor to get a checkup on the baby and your health." Iris nodded. They both walked out of the office and into the elevator.
