"How was Starfire?" He asked as I sat on the bed with him.

"Good. She told me about the time you and her were on the couch." I said sadly.

"The couch?" He questioned.

"When she was upset."

"Oh yeah. I forgot about that. That was a long time ago." He told me, looking down at his cast.

"Did she tell you about anything?"

"No, she told me she didn't want to talk about it dude." He tried to prop his leg up on the bed.

I helped him do so.

"Well, she wanted me to tell you something." I didn't know how to approach him about it.

"Like what?" He looked into my eyes.

"First of all, I told her about us. She asked about it. She also asked if we had sex." I laughed.

His cheeks turned pink and he chuckled nervously.

"Uhh no. We haven't yet." He scratched the back of his head.

"Yet?" I laughed again.

His eyes widened, realizing what he had just said.

"No no that's— I didn't mean it like that." He put his hands up in defense.

"I know. Can't I joke too?" I told him, still smiling.

He sighed, and smiled back at me.

"Anyway, what did she want you to tell me?" He asked.

This was hard.

I don't know why, I wasn't even talking about myself.

"She wanted me to tell you that she had some sort of bad upbringing."

"Okay?" He seemed confused.

"She went through the same thing I did Beastboy." Once again, rip it off like a bandaid.

His eyes widened again.

"When? Did Slade do it to her too?" He asked angrily.

"I don't know when it happened, it was before she came to earth so it wasn't Slade. She told me she didn't want to go into detail, and I respected that." I said sadly.

I still can't believe that happened to her.

I wish I could have protected her.

He didn't say anything. He just sat there in thought.

I put my hand on his leg, and rubbed it with my thumb.

He placed hand on mine.

He smiled at me once more, and I felt my heart warm up.

Our moment was ruined when the crime alert went off.

He groaned in annoyance, knowing he couldn't go.

Both of our communicators went off, which was strange.

Beastboy answered his, and Robin answered.

"Beastboy get to the main room now." Robin said, very sternly.

Beastboy nodded and hung up.

He grabbed his crutches and got up.

My communicator was going off too, so I'm guessing he wanted me in the main room.

I walked behind him, not making it obvious that I was in his room.

When we opened the door and walked in, my heart dropped.
