I walked up to the metal faced man and as I grabbed him I saw the red tattoos that covered my body.

I grabbed him by the neck, and with my powered being out of control, they lifted us up into the sky which turned into a tornado like feature because of the force my powers held.

I looked down, seeing all of the destruction my powers were causing, but I didn't care.

I just wanted Slade dead.

"This is what you were meant to do my dear. Kill." He said out of breath because my hands were wrapped around his throat.

I tightened my grip, seeing his eyes were barely open.

I pulled his face close to mine, so he could look at my 4 red eyes.

"I want you to know the hell you put me through. And you're about to figure out." I said, concentrating on opening a portal to a hellish world.

Right before I threw him him, he whispered something to me.

"You liked it."

I felt my teeth grit, and my grip on his neck got tighter, surely cutting off every way oxygen could reach his lungs.

I dug my nails into the skin of his neck, causing blood to be on my fingers.

I cast him into the portal and closed it.

I won.

I realized I defeated him.

My worst nightmare was gone.

But, the voices of the people still rang in my ear, causing me to panic and caused tears to leak from my demonic eyes, which didn't help the huge tornado my powers were causing.

I put my hands over my head and closed my eyes, trying to get the voices to stop.

"You did this."

"My children!"

"Stop this!"

"You demon!"

"Monster!"

"Monster!"

"Monster!"

All of the sudden I felt something grab my arm and yank it off my head.

I opened my eyes, though they were blurry and I saw a hand wrapped around my wrist.

I wiped my eyes with my other hand, and the vision cleared.

It was Beastboy.

He looked panicked, and his whole body was being pulled into the black force.

He held out his other hand, desperately trying to hold on it me.

I grabbed it and pulled him to where he was facing me.

I looked around... and realized what was happening.

What I was destroying.

What my powers were doing.

I started to cry again, and my chest started to tighten up as every direction I looked there was black winds.

"Hey. Don't focus on that right now, focus on me." He said calmly.

I looked at him, trying to calm down as much as I could but the more I thought the more I panicked.

"It's going to be okay." He told me sternly.

I felt more tears fall from my eyes.

"It's my fault." That was all I could say.

"What's your fault?"

"Azarath... everything." I looked away from him.

He gave me a confused look.

His eyes then sprung with light as he understood what I was referring to.

"You didn't choose to be a portal. You didn't choose anything like that." He said seriously.

I guess I didn't.

I didn't choose to be a portal.

The more I thought about it, the black abyss began to disappear, and the tattoos on my body were removing themselves.

"Your past doesn't define you. It doesn't matter what you did. It doesn't matter what label people put on you."

I was surprised at how calm he was in this whole situation.

My face began to break as my crying increased.

He gripped my hands tightly.

"You're not a monster." He touched my cheek.

"And I'm not leaving you. Ever."

He looked at me with all the seriousness the world could hold.

He smiled his fang smile, and it brought me to the realm of happiness I felt when I was with him.

I looked down, and our feet finally touched the ground.

And everything was... fine.

I beat him.

I beat everything.

It looked as if the world wasn't even touched.

Beastboy stood in front of me smiling, putting his weight on his good leg.

"Yo Raven!" I heard Cyborg yell.

I looked over and saw him, along with the rest of the team.

My friends.

I couldn't explain the happiness I felt to see them.

I was about to talk, but I felt a wave of nausea hit me.

I threw up suddenly, feeling like my insides turn to mush.

My knees felt like jelly.

"Raven!" I heard Beastboy yell as I fell backwards.

My head slammed against the ground, and Everything turned black.
