"Why did you take me here?" I asked.
He had taken me to the tallest building in the city.
I looked at the skyline, seeing it was still dark so the city lights were very visible.
It sent waves of calmness to me.
It reminded me of Beastboy.
I miss him so much, and it hasn't even been a day.
I don't know when the next time I'll see him is.
Maybe I'll never see him again.
"I want to show you something dear. Something you should have been shown a long time ago."
My body shook at his words.
"Come here." He went to grab my face but I yanked away.
He grabbed my hair and pulled my face close to his.
I could feel his breath on my face, but I showed no emotion.
I kept calm.
He took his fist, and punched my mouth, causing my lip to bleed.
It hurt terribly, and I could feel it getting more swollen as seconds passed on.
But, I still showed no emotion.
I had to be the stronger person.
"Like I said my dear, acting tough in these situations gets you killed." He whispered harshly.
I looked at them, then looked away.
He yanked my hair so that my eyes were on him.
"Look at me!"
I looked at him, and I felt tears rise in my eyes.
I didn't want to be here.
I wanted to be home with my friends.
"Now. Here's that thing I was going to show you. You'll love it, because it's evil... like you."
I felt a sadness inside of me that caused a tear to fall down my face.
He closed his eyes, and then when they opened they were red.
Blood red, the same thing mine did when I was angry, or when I lost control.
He took his fingers and placed them on my temples.
As soon as his fingers brushed my skin...
I was in Azarath.
I felt...
I felt the heat from the fires that were burning down the buildings of the place that took me in.
I heard a mixture of men, women, and children crying, screaming, desperate to get away from the flesh burning fire.
My vision became blurry with tears as I smelled the burning flesh.
As I heard the mothers trying to protect their children from the heat.
In a split second, everyone at the same time turned their heads to look at me.
"It's the monster!" I heard someone yell.
With one started it all.
Everyone in the city started to scream at me at the same time.
"You did this!" I heard a woman scream.
"You killed my children!"
"You caused this!"
"Kill yourself!"
"Look what you did!"
"Stop this!"
My head began to hurt as I heard all of the voices at once.
They all rushed to my head, and I felt more tears spill down my face.
I caused this.
I'm Trigon's portal.
This is my fault.
All of it.
In a split second I was back in the city.
I gasped, realizing I was back.
"Did you see it? Did you see what you caused?" I turned around to see Slade, smiling under the mask.
My emotions were going insane, and I felt an evil force start to come out of me.
No.
Don't lose control Raven.
"It... It wasn't my fault." I wiped the tears from my face.
"You were the portal, dear, it was your fault. All those lives... Azarath... that's blood in your hands." He laughed.
I began to hyperventilate, as I looked down and saw blood clear to my elbows.
He's doing this.
This is just a trick.
"This isn't real." I thought out Loud.
"It might as well be." He whispered in my ear.
I felt an anger in me that I had never felt before.
My hands shook, as I felt the little control I had over my powers slip out of my fingertips.
"Raven!" I heard a familiar voice yell, but I ignored it.
I closed my eyes, and I could slowly start to feel my 4 red eyes form, without my control.
I opened them, and looked at Slade.
He actually looked terrified.
I took long breaths, as I decided this was it.
As I walked over to him, he tried flickered my vision from the city, to Azarath burning, back to the city.
The sound of the chanting people still filled my ears, but it made me even more angry.
It made me turn more evil.
When I came close to him, he grabbed my throat.
I closed my eyes again, trying to find the power to over throw him.
Instead, I was knocked to the ground.
I hit my head, and I opened my eyes to see what happened.
It was my friends.
It was The Titans.
Beastboy has turned into that beast, the beast that changed him.
Robin was attacking Slade, so was Starfire and Cyborg.
I tried to get up, but my strength was at low levels.
I looked up and I saw Slade take Starfire and slam her on the ground.
He took Robin and threw him off the building.
He hurt Cyborg...
And I saw Beastboy laying on the ground, out of breath.
His clothes didn't tear, surprisingly, and he still had his cast on.
But, my anger didn't rise until I saw Slade kick him in the stomach.
I then realized Slade had to be destroyed.
I felt a demonic growl come from me as things around me began to float.
