Levi flipped to the next page. A Wrinkle In Time: one of his favorite classics. Meg was rescuing Charles from It when his doorbell rang. The man jumped at the shrill noise. He flopped the paperback upside-down and got up, stretching.

Who would be here at this hour? He glanced at his watch. 11:11. Make a wish. But deep down, Levi knew who it was with a looming certainty. It'd been three weeks, three whole sets of seven days, since he'd seen the strange boy. The raven checked the peephole, and, nodding to confirm his suspicions, opened the door.

"Yes, Eren?" He asked bitterly.

"Listen, I'm sorry," Eren blurted.

"Uh-huh. Yeah." Levi made an attempt to close the door, but Eren stuck his foot in the crack. Levi rolled his eyes at the originality and glared. "If you don't move your damn paw I'll crush it in the door," he stated bluntly.

Eren's eyes widened and he pulled his foot out. "Okay, okay," he rushed. "Please forgive me."

Levi watched him blankly. "Mhmm. Why again?"

"I talked to Petra," he sighed, running a hand through his mop of brown hair. "She's so sorry. She didn't know what came over her. The alcohol, probably. But she confirmed your words."

"Ahh, I see. So my words weren't trustworthy enough? I get it. Goodbye, brat." Levi went to shut the door.

"Wait!" He stopped, but Levi had had enough by now.

"Listen, you little shit," he hissed angrily at Eren, "I'm tired of this. I'm sick of your pathetic mood swings, I'm done with your anger, I'm finished with your disrespect. So please, I'll ask nicely one more time: leave me alone."

"No," Eren growled, and he lunged at Levi.

"Oh, you little-" Levi began, seething, but Eren cut him off with a kiss, pushing him onto the couch. Levi's anger dissipated. He didn't realize how much he missed the feel of his other's soft lips.

"God damn it all," he cursed.

Eren kissed Levi fiercely until both were sore, and Levi gripped Eren's arms so tightly he left bruises. Only when they had stopped, panting, their foreheads touching, did Levi know he'd forgiven Eren for everything.
