Ciara's point of view
Kelly left the hospital room for me to get some well needed rest. I tossed and turned around the hospital bed but couldn't fall asleep regardless of how I have tried.
Instead I looked up at the ceiling and visualize the handsome stranger whom I just met tonight and was astonished that he is more than willing to render his assistance to me. I have never ever imagined having a turn in events of ever finding another person other than Kelly who is willing to care for me after my parents have passed away and my brother went insane. It was ridiculous to say that I am in love with Dylan when I just met him , nevertheless every time his cold skin caress against mine, I felt electric current passing through my entire being and butterflies fluttering in my stomach. It did not dawn upon me until now that Dylan is always cold to the touch and pale looking but he has this strange kind of appeal that is drawing me to him.
I strode over to the window and looked up at the lovely night sky and wished upon the star that I will have a chance to know Dylan better and to spend some time with him though I know that I may have only a few more months left to live.
