Second Chance - Chapter 13

After the song ended, Dylan took Ciara's hands and led her to the balcony. Her eyes suddely gladden with joy as she behold the picturesque right infront of her very eyes. " She did not realized that she was holding onto her breath until Dylan asked her if she wants to go down to the beach to enjoy the lovely moonlight. " Oh , how I wished that I have my swim wear with me now, the waves are clam and the starry night is so endearing". " Your wish is my command, give me a minute and I'll be right back."

Dylan ran back to his car and took out the box of bikini and ran back to the restaurant. "Darling, I am your genie in the bottle and your wish is granted." She took the box and merrily opened it and she squealed when she saw the bikini. " I love it, how thoughtful of you, Dylan".

She headed straight to the powder room and changed into her bikini and noticed that there is also a red bathrobe in the box for her to wrap herself up before heading back out. While she was changing, Dylan went to the powder room to change into his beach shorts too.

She grapped Dylan's hands and tug him along with her towards the balcony attempting to climb down the stairs that leads to the beach. She realized that it is a long way down and she was still wearing her evening sandals. Dylan sensing her hesitation, picked her up bridal style and carried her all the way down the flight of stairs.

They reached the beach and Dylan took a beach mat out from his satchel and carefully placed it on the sand. Ciara took off her sandals and wriggle her toes in the soft, white comfy sand.

They sat down and engaged into a playful banter , until Ciara suddenly became tensed up and mouthed " well Dylan, before things gets too serious, I want to know more about you". Dylan knew that he couldn't escape without answering her questions , chuckled and said well my full name is Dylan Alexander Marshall, I am twenty- eight years old, my parents runs a company that explains my wealth and I am their only child.  " Hmmm, alright , I guessed that is a pretty brief introduction you have there, well I reckoned that I will just have to discover more about you through time. At the mentioned of time, Ciara suddenly turned her face away and looked at the sand with downcast eyes. Dylan read her mind and knew what was bothering her, he brought her chin up to see her lovely face and he kissed her on her lips. " I will spend every moment of my life to be with you every step of the way and I will not abandon you even in the darkest hour". A single tear descend upon her cheeks and I kissed it away with my lips.  She looked me into the eye and ask what do you want to know about me? I cleared my throat, and thought in my head ,I do not need to ask her any questions because I can mind read her and know exactly everything about her. I decided to proceed with the formalities just to avoid any suspicion. "Sure , please tell me about yourself." " My full name is Ciara Renea Campbell. I am twenty four years old and my parents have died in a car accident , my only brother has went insane and Kelly is my best friend.

She teared a little at the mentioned of her parents and brother. I wrapped my arms around her and cradle her into my lap. I asked her if she wanted to go for a swim , she nodded her head, we stripped off from our bath robes and I noticed how sexy she looked in her bikini, a same pink hue flushed across her face as she blushes and looked away. I can't help but to look at her with desire clearly written in my eyes. I also feel a sense of pride when I noticed Ciara checking me out. Ciara can't help but noticed how muscular Dylan is and his torso looks too good to be real. He carried her into his strong arms,  plunged into the cold water and they ended up having a merry time splashing water at each other.

 Suddenly, Dylan appeared nervous and he shyly asked " Can you be my lover". I looked up at his charming face and murmured a yes. His lips instantaneously formed a wide grin as he pushed me down into the wave and kissed me. I felt his tongue fighting its way into my mouth and I gave in and opened my mouth to allow him access as I felt my own tongue fighting for dominance with his but finally I relented and  surrendered allowing his tongue to take over as I felt his cold hands caressing and teasing my stomach. The electricity that shot through my very being was ruthless and I felt my mind explode at his touch. My mind was an empty vessel now as all I could think off is my desire for Dylan. I love him and I wish that I could spend my lifetime loving him. We spent the next fifteen minutes hugging, kissing, and teasing each other. 

Dylan brought me out of the water and carried me up to the restaurant and back to his car.

 Dylan was thinking to himself how wonderfully their first date had been. I could see how happy she was tonight, she was singing the song " I wanna be with you " in my car all the way back to her apartment. Tonight was the best night of my life , for the past one hundred and fifty years of my life I was living as a soulless person without love until Ciara came into my life.
