As A Married Couple

The next day, Kong woke up when he felt someone moving inside the room. The moment he finally found his consciousness and sat on the bed, Arthit came out of the walk in closet while fixing his tie.

"Oh did I wake you up? Sorry for disturbing you, I had to change here for today." Arthit saw him awake and the first thing he did is apologize again.

"It's okay." Kong simply replied as he watched him finish fixing his tie, smile at him and then he left the room just like that.

Kong can only scratch his eyes and do some stretching before he left the bed, ready to start his day.

When Kong came to the dining area, breakfast is already served which reminded him of his life in their family home and it made him smile. Kong noticed that the food seems untouched but he cannot see a plate for Arthit on the table.

"Young master Arthit has already left without eating breakfast, young master Kong." Ple said and the address irked him again. He was taken aback by it last night when they first addressed him but he doesn't know how to tell them to stop calling him that.

"I see." He simply muttered as she sat down.

"We don't know how to make your coffee so we only brewed beans. Please tell us the amount of cream, sugar and other add on you would like so we'll know how to do it the next time." One helper said and Kong can only take a deep breath. He needs to get used to this right?

"What are you doing here?!" Arthit can clearly see the surprised looks from his friends when he entered the conference room. They always have a morning meeting for briefing and the three still looks like they had a hangover from last night's happenings even if they only served wines.

"I've been around even before you all did." Arthit replied as he sat on his chair.

"You do know that you just got married right?" Toota pried which made both Knot and Bright laugh.

"Toota, really?"

"Then why are you here? Even if you don't have the so-called 'honeymoon'-" Toota dramatically raised both hands to quote unquote which made Knot and Bright laugh again.

"That doesn't mean you can't spend time with each other right? You need to use this time to get to know each other." And they all know Toota has a point.

"I want to make him comfortable and I know that he needs to adjust with the whole set up first." Arthit tried to explain.

"But, are the two of you really not going to have your honeymoon?" Bright can't help but ask which made Knot stop himself from laughing.

"I don't know... besides... Kong asked me for a favour." Arthit replied.

"And that is?" This called Knot's attention.

"He asked me for three years before we talk about that and I said okay." Arthit knew he didn't have to explain further and it will only be a few moments before this statement of his reaches Prem as well.

The three can only exchange meaningful looks and no one dared to speak. Other department heads started to arrive so they knew better than to continue talking about the topic.

After Kong has prepared for work, he realized that his car is not around. He then called for Ple's attention.
