Past 6 in the evening when Arthit heard someone knocking. He immediately but carefully got out of the bed before the knocking wake Kongpob out.

"You can start preparing for dinner. They'll be arriving soon." Mook said and left after Arthit thanked her.

Arthit sat on the couch first to fully gather his consciousness up before he stood up and sat beside Kong. He looks peaceful that Arthit feels bad to wake him up but he has to.

"Kong... Kong wake up. Time to get ready." Arthit started to pat his arm. He watches him stir in his sleep which he finds so cute but chose to hold his expression. Kong opened his eyes and he repeated his line.

"Time to get ready."

"Oh... what time is it?" Kong asked as he raised his arm to check his watch. Arthit then stood up and proceeded to their untouched luggage. He can see Kong sit on the bed while rubbing his eyes which made him smile.

"You can lie down for a while, I'll use the bathroom first." Arthit said as he stood up after getting his clothes out of his luggage. He wanted to make sure to give Kong some time with his own luggage while he's in the bathroom.

When they finished preparing, it was already quarter to 7.

"Kong." Arthit called.

"Hmm?"

"My aunts and uncle is already here. Some of my cousins too." He knew he had to give him some heads up and as expected, Kong's expression morphed into worry.

"Hey, I'm here." Arthit reached for his hand to hold it.

"You'll be fine." Arthit smiled as he squeezed his hand a little making a smile finally form in Kong's lips.

They came down to the dining room without even realizing that Arthit hasn't let go of Kong's hand yet. The moment they got near the entrance, Kong realized that what is being portrayed in dramas about 'very rich' families are true. Despite this being considered as a family meal, everyone still need to look good in semi-formal attire. Both of them are also wearing polo dress shirt and slacks. Kong suddenly remembers their family home where they can just be in shirt and shorts while eating the meal his mom cooked or take out from Sunshine. He suddenly miss home.

"Oh Kongpob, son! Welcome home!" Kong's thoughts were brought back to reality when Aor spoke. That's the only time he realized that Arthit is still holding his hand.

"Pa! Thank you, nice to see you again." Kong felt Arthit let go of his hand so he can do his wai. Aor smiled as he pulled him to a hug.

"And you gentleman, welcome back home." Aor faced Arthit after breaking the hug with Kong and pulled his own son into a hug as well.

"Now come in, people are waiting." Aor said as he led the way inside of the dining room.

Kong took a deep breath to calm himself as he glanced at Arthit who smiled at him. He felt Arthit's hand on his lower back, giving him a little push. They followed Aor with Arthit's hand not leaving Kong's back.

When they entered, there's a lot more people now. Kong can feel his throat dry but he tried to push the anxiety away as Arthit started to greet and introduce him to his uncle and aunts. Sandra is the oldest and Arthit introduced uncle Bob, the second. Then Aunt Ling and then aunt Xiao Zi. Kong tried to greet them in Mandarin and then Arthit proceeded to being his translator.

He felt bad and wanted to tell him that he can perfectly understand the language but he likes this side of Arthit. He is too careful with the words he is using to translate and Kong just listens to him attentively. He also tried talking to them in English.
