We must break it apart and clash against it
So we can see ourselves
We must shout out loud
So it spreads wide and far
The moment soft lights spread out
And chases away the darkness
We must wake up again
To the new morning

Jaemin came rushing into Jisung and Chenle's shared room, panting in obvious distress.

"Sungie what," he said as he raced to the boy who was stumbling around trying to find his shoes.

"Heiryung," Jisung muttered, almost inaudibly, "I need to get to Heiryung."

"Damn right you do."

"No she needs me," Jisung whimpered as a wave of nausea hit.

"Uhm yeah that too."

Jisung through a glare at the boy amiss his pain and stumbled through his room, tugging on his shoes and stumbling out into the house, drawing the attention of his friends.

"Jisung," Donghyuck said standing up as the boy grabbed onto a table, his head spinning as everything turned black.

"Heiryung," he gasped, "she needs help I..."

He cut off as Heiryung's voice filled his head.

"Hurry, he has a knife."

"I'm going as fast as possible just hang in the I'll be there I promise."

For once Heiryung didn't protest his promise.

In her situation she needed any ounce of hope she could get.

"What about Jungwoo," he heard Jeno say. "Didn't he just get his drivers license."

Jisung nodded and ran to the door, opening it no matter if he had a ride or not.

He didn't really know where the park was, but his gut instinct told him to follow whatever path his feet were tugging him on.

"Jisung wait," Renjun screamed throwing on sandals and chasing the stumbling boy.

Jaemin was already calling their older friend of which they had met through Haechan.

Jisung wasn't moving fast, but he was moving. The closer he could get the better, the quicker. He wasn't going to wait anymore.

The sky was dark as night had began to take over, the house falling into a darker and darker game of cat and mouse.

Heiryung had gotten up being able to throw a glass shard at her dad and run to the dinning room and hide under the table, until her dad had come in with a knife. Her heart rate was above normal, possibly due from dying from withdrawal sickness or panicking over her dad trying to kill her.

Jisung on the other hand, began to struggle for breath, white dots invading his eye sight.

Suddenly a car pulled up.

"Get him in," Jungwoo said opening the car as Dream caught up to the youngest.

Jaemin and Jeno grabbed the boy and pulled him into the front seat and buckled him, the rest piling into the back, Donghyuck and Renjun opting to run as they all couldn't fit.

In no time the park was in view.

"Turn-turn right," Jisung stuttered, his forehead sweating despite his body shivering due to cold.

Jungwoo did.

He saw it. The boys saw it. Jungwoo saw it.

There was fresh blood on the pavement.

Heiryung's blood.

Jisung opened up the door and fell, scratching his arm and leg on the pavement, his blood staining the pavement as well.

He pulled himself up and raced to the door, Jeno already calling the police. He pulled in the door in hopes for it to open, but with no prevail. He remembered the directions Heiryung had given him.

He hoped he wasn't too late.

He raced, energized by the new found adrenaline of saving his soulmate. How long she had gone through this he didn't care, he would pull her out and put that bastard in jail.

He made it to the back and saw the ladder. He sighed, his eyesight glazing over as dots invaded his vision.

He couldn't wait as he grabbed the ladder and started climbing, nearly falling multiple times as nausea and dizziness kept hitting him.

He made it inside the house finally, but he realized he was in Heiryung's room. He looked around and felt sick. Papers flung everywhere, pieces of glass randomly on the floor, blood stains of her thin bed sheets that looked like they were practically dissolving.

Then he saw it.

The family photo on her nightstand.

It was clearly Heiryung and her parents, but the boy was what caught Jisung's attention. He knew that boy. He had lived with that boy. He had also seen this photo before.

He was about to look at the photo some more, when an ear piercing shriek was heard. Jisung felt it. The piercing pain in his abdomen.

He raced down the stairs, he himself was coughing up blood. He stumbled and fell, the police banging on the door, but that didn't matter. Jisung grabbed a bit of a broken glass bottle and ran.

He saw him.

Heiryung's dad.

He was standing over Heiryung's unconscious body, it was no longer shaking. She had a knife in her stomach, her face pale and her breaths shallow.

Rage blew through his eyes as all he began to see was red. Before he knew it, he had blood all over him. He was collapsing as Heiryung's dad fell backwards clutching his stomach. Jisung has stabbed him, but he didn't care.

Jisung fell shaking Heiryung as his breaths began to shallow, his tears dripping down onto her.

The police kicked down the door.

Jisung's vision began to turn permanently black.

The police were shouting as they neared towards the bloody scene.

Jisung and Heiryung's hearts began to fall into the same slowing beat.

The ambulance came.

Jisung would not let go of Heiryung's body.

They both had oxygen masks placed on them.

Jisung closed his eyes.

Heiryung's heart stopped.

The ambulance took them away.
