Mark stared at the girl.

She was young.

Wayyyy too young to be Johnny's room mate.

"Uhm who's this," he asked.

Heiryung let out a sigh of disappointment.

Why did she expect him to remember? He was eight years old when he left with their mom. She barely recognized him from when they were children, the resemblance there only because she knew who he was.

"Uhm I'm uh," Heiryung tripped over her words.

Why was this so hard? Why did she have to explain to her own brother who she was? Why was she so scared? What would his reaction even be?

"My name's uhm... Heiryung," she finally said.

Mark felt a cold wash over him, but once again the name wasn't so uncommon.

"Oh I'm Mark," he said smiling awkwardly.

He didn't like the fact that she had the same name of his sister. It made him feel guilty.

"I know," she said to quickly, "wait well Johnny told me... uhm yeah... that'd a person would be here... uhm well yeah cause he got me to err meet you."

"Heiress," Johnny said looking down at the girl, "breath he won't kill you."

"Not a good joke to say," Heiryung muttered wrapping an arm around her stomach.

"Alrighty," Mark said letting out an awkward chuckle. "So uhm why'd you want us to meet?"

Johnny once again looked at the girl.

He wanted her to say it.

But she was lost in thought. She couldn't say it.

What was she even supposed to say?

Hey man it's me your sister your probably forgot all about but I didn't because it emotionally scarred me?

No.

She didn't even know how to bring it up.

"Uhm well I'm just uh living with him," Heiryung stammered.

Johnny picked up the hint that she didn't want to tell him now.

"Yup just thought it was a good idea to introduce you to my..."

Johnny paused what was Heiryung to him?

A friend?

It really seemed wrong to say that as he was her temporary legal guardian. She was always something of a little sister, heck even a daughter sometimes.

"I thought your soulmate was Ten," Mark blurted out.

Johnny's face paled as he snapped his head down to see Heiryung's shocked expression.

"Wait what," she exclaimed, "hold up- that's what's been going on?!"

Johnny looked back and forth between the two siblings.

"Well uhm yes but," Johnny couldn't explain it, "actually yeah just yes."

Heiryung just stood shocked.

What the actual fuck.

"Wait if she's not your soulmate then who is she," Mark asked.

This whole situation was fucking with his head.

"Well uhm I'm her... dad? Wait no- wait Hei?"

Heiryung was on the verge of just shutting down.

The awkwardness, Johnny's confusion and his tendency to not even remotely say the right things, it was all giving her a migraine.

"Just shut up," she groaned as she rubbed the sides of her head.

Mark was in shock.

Did Johnny adopt a child?

Was that what she was?

"Wait so did he adopt you?"

Heiryung felt like ramming head first into the wall like a fucking moth into a light.

"No he did not," Heiryung sighed.

"Then what-"

"I'm her temporary legal guardian," Johnny said, "we've known each other for a while now and under some circumstances I had to take upon legal responsibility for her since she's a minor."

Mark was just confused.

"Let's just sit down."

Heiryung was just thankful Ten was at work. With him added to the mix you never knew how chaotic it would get.

"Wait so how did you even gain the legal circumstance to be responsible for her," Mark exclaimed, "Johnny you can't even lock your own car doors correctly!"

Heiryung just wanted this awkwardness to end.

"Lee Minhyung," she yelled surprising the two.

"Wait how did you-"

"Your actually so dull," she said rubbing her temples. "You can't even recognize your own sister."

Mark's face dropped.

His heart felt like it had actually stopped beating.

He had so many questions rush to his head at one time.

"Wait so my friend is my little sister's legal guardian and not me?"

"That's your first question," Heiryung judged.

What. The. Fuck.
