Baby, how do you sleep when you lie to me?
All that shame and all that danger
I'm hopin' that my love will keep you up tonight

Sam Smith• How Do You Sleep?
☆ ☆ ☆"How the fuck do you know my best friend?!"
Heiryung paused.
This meant either her soulmate was part of Dream, or he was one of Renjun's Chinese friends, which seemed pretty unrealistic as she was currently living in Korea and thinking in Korean, and her homework matched with his.
Meaning he was in Dream.
Not good.
"Your in Dream aren't you."
"How the hell-?"
"Don't ask, don't question please."
Heiryung was internally panicking. If he was in Dream, she had just met him. And if she had just met him, that meant...
The bond was going to inevitably strengthen.
Heiryung let out a sigh and looked back to Jeno. He currently was trying to make noodles, but at the moment was failing.
"Jeno I'm fine," she said getting up and heading towards the boy. "Just tell me where I'm sleeping it's getting late anyways."
Jeno skeptically turned to her, giving her the side eye, but gave in.
"Ok but at least let me get you some extra clothes to sleep in," he said already bounding off to one of the side rooms.
"Wait-," Heiryung went to call, but trailed off as she too late, the boy already gone, "you didn't tell me where I was sleeping."
She stood awkwardly, but couldn't stop staring at the painting and walked over to it gingerly bending down to get at eye level.
Something was off though.
The colors were too vibrant, and the swing wasn't exactly right, as the one in her dreams were more curved.
Looking around she glanced towards the door, slight sounds of talking coming from the room Jeno had gone into, then back at the coffee table.
She quickly grabbed a napkin and a pen and scribbled down 'dimmer colors,' and 'swings more bent.'
She placed the napkin on the easel and strode back to the couch, sighing as she flopped down.
"Hey Rung," Jeno said cheerfully, "I got you some clothes, and you can sleep in Mark's old bed in Haechan's room!"
"You want me to share a room with that pervert," she said, raising an eyebrow and gingerly grabbing the clothes.
"Despite what you think he's actually quite the wuss when he's home," Jeno said flashing an eye smile. "Plus pretty sure he likes someone."
"Come again," Heiryung said, giving the boy the side eye, sending him into a fit of laughs.
"Dear god he's perfect."
"What the hell man?!"
"Err, uhm gobble gobble this is your conscience?"
"What the fuck."
Heiryung wasn't thinking clearly as all she could think was that her soulmate was in this apartment complex.
She shook her head and thanked Jeno, heading to the bathroom to change.
She pulled up her shirt and examined the bruises along her stomach, and the scar across her ribs. If you saw it, you'd probably think she had been in some sacrificial cult or something.
Exiting the bathroom, she entered the room that was supposedly 'Haechan's.'
She passed the boy who was on his phone, and decided not to spare him a second glance before making her way to the empty bed on the other side of the room.
"Well good night to you Miss Sunshine," he scoffed looking away and at the girl who had just crawled on top of the bed.
"Fuck off Hoechan," she said, sitting on top of the covers, just laying there staring up at the ceiling.
"Hmm Chenle's clothes are pretty cute on you," he said smirking.
"Mc'scuse me," Heiryung snapped, her head jerking to look at the boy who was wearing a simple white shirt, the rest hidden underneath the covers. Not that she would even want to know.
"Chenle's clothes," he said, "your wearing them and looking damn cute."
Heiryung let out a groan, but got to thinking.
"Hoechan," she said.
"Are you really gonna call me that now for forever," he interrupted.
"Yes. now listen," she said, "who is Chenle closest to out of all of you?"
"Well Jisung is his best friend, but he's very close to Renjun as they are both Chinese and lived together in her before we lot moved in."
"K," she said, turning around and getting under the covers. They were a lot softer and warmer than the ones back home. "Thanks."
"Why," he said sitting up and staring at the girl's back.
Heiryung stayed silent.
Should she tell him?
