At the end of this dark night
You're fading and going further
Now I realized, that shining moment
back then I was locked in the darkness where you left me alone

Meirong made her way over to Heiryung's corner before sitting down, eyes following her figure as mutters broke out.

Minjee glared at Heiryung as Meirong sat down.

"You made a friend?"

"No I just met her in the hallway!"

"Maybe try to be friends with her then."

"I'm not so sure-"

"Please?"

"Fine."

Meirong looked at Heiryung who had uncomfortably scooted away from the girl.

"So your name is," Meirong asked glancing at Heiryung who had her computer pulled up.

The google docs wasn't open, just standing at the home page. Heiryung wasn't really wanting anyone to see it.

"Heiryung," she whispered.

Meirong smiled.

"Pretty," she said.

Meirong was quick to glance at Chenle and Jisung who were messing around on the keyboard. Heiryung grimaced at that sight and plugged in her headphones to the ukulele. She then turned her computer so that it was directed away from Meirong.

"I'm not gonna judge you," Meirong snickered.

"Yes you will," Heiryung retorted.

Who wouldn't?

Judging was all she knew.

All she had grown up.

"I won't but believe what you want to believe," Meirong said shrugging.

Looking over the girl had only a computer and a small keyboard connected to it.

Instead of working, Heiryung glanced over at Meirong's work.

Multiple layers and track were on the screen, the recording button synced to the instrument.

"What is that," Heiryung said as she glanced over.

"A base bear I've been working on," Meirong smiled. "I've been struggling with the melody for a little bit of a year though."

Heiryung looked down at her hands.

Jisung's words replayed in her mind.

"What key is it," Heiryung finally said.

Meirong's face lit up as Heiryung moved her computer into Meirong's view.

"E minor," she said.

And with that Heiryung switched the key of her song, and began to work with Meirong.

Chenle on the other hand stared at the two.

Jisung watched his best friend watch his soulmate.

He felt a sickening feeling in his stomach. Chenle seemed to had been able to get through to Heiryung better. Was it his fault he hadn't been able to talk to her better? Was it his fault that she didn't trust him?

His phone buzzed, and upon looking down he felt instantly sick.

Mr. Lee's heart monitor stopped for five minutes today. It's not looking too good. You best hope he survives or you'll have a Felony Murder being charged against you as well.

The problem though, Jisung wasn't sure what he wanted. He was sure he felt remorse about harming Heiryung's dad, but he wasn't sure if he wouldn't do it again. He was pretty sure he might do the same thing if he had another chance, and that scared him.

He wasn't a violent person. Not one bit.

But the thought of him doing it again made him scared. That wasn't him.

But protecting the ones close to him at all costs?

That was.

A felony murder is a killing in retaliation to another crime. So like someone physically assaulting someone, and someone else harming them criminal in retaliation. Like a robber walks into the store to rob it, and a bystander shoots and kills the robber.
