Veronica's POV

For the past couple of days, all of my friends have been getting along. I'm really glad they all get along. Jughead and I have been getting along great. We've started all over again. We're friends again! I'm glad we can talk and it's not weird or anything. I think Xavier's a little jealous of him. I don't know why. He's got nothing to be jealous of. Jughead and I are in the past. But he doesn't even know we were together, and I dont plan on letting him know anytime soon.

I'm with Sophia, Madelyn, Cheryl and Toni at Pop's. Jughead's here, kind of. He works here so.

"Umm, Veronica." Toni said with a kind of worried tone.

"What?" I asked.

"You may not like this, but there is one more person coming." She said.

"Okay? Why won't I like it?" The bell chimed, but I didn't care.

"You might not like this, but it's been two years, okay?" She said.

"Who is it?" I asked.

"Me." I looked over and saw Betty. I looked at Toni.

"Really?" I whispered. She just shrugged. I sighed and looked back at Betty. "Betty, hi." I said.

"Veronica," she said. "I would like to ask for forgiveness."

"What?" I asked.

"Look, I know I wasn't so nice to you then. But, this is now and I've changed, I swear. I'm sorry for everything I did to you. And Jughead. I really am sorry." She said. I slowly stood up. We just just looked at each other. I smiled.

"Okay." I said and she smiled too and hugged me. I hugged her back.

"Are we friends again?" She asked.

"Yes, B." I said. She smiled even more.

"Thanks, V." She said. We all had a normal conversation for a while. I'm happy Betty and I are friends again.

After a while, Sophia, Madelyn and I left. It was about six when we got back. I walked to mine and Xavier's room. He was asleep on the bed while the two kids were playing on the floor. I smiled.

"Mama!" Camila said and ran over to me. I picked her up and walked over to the bed. "Babe," I whispered. He didn't move. I rolled my eyes. "Baby," I said and started shaking him a little. He slowly woke up and looked me.

"What?" He asked. He looked over at Camdyn then back at me. "Did I fall asleep?" He asked.

"I think you did." I said with a small laugh. He sighed.

"When did you get here? Where did you go?" He asked.

"Not to long ago. I was with the girls." I told him.

"Oh," he said and sat up a bit. "Did they do anything?" I shook my head.

"No, nothing. At least that I know of." I said and we both laughed. My phone started buzzing and I looked at it. It was Jughead.

"I'll be right back." I said, putting Camila down and walked away.

"Jughead." I said.

"Veronica, hey. What are you doing?" He asked.

"I'm with my Xavier. Why?" I asked.

"Oh, nevermind. I'll talk to you later." He said.

"No, no, what is it?" I asked.

"No, its nothing. We'll talk later. Bye." He said and hung up. I sighed and walked back into the room.
