I walked along the beach shore a few days later, still thinking of everything. If it was this difficult, surely I didn't want to do it?
"Deep in thought" Heckyls voice snapped me out of my head and I looked up from the sand to see him right in front of me.
"How do you appear out of nowhere?"
He shrugged and turned to walk with me. "Can I take you somewhere?"
"You're actually asking? You usually just kidnap me." I smirked
"Yeah well, I actually want to take you somewhere for no other reason than I want you to see it." He was looking as his feet as he spoke. His voice was quiet, not as loud and confident as it usually was.
"Sure. Just as long as I can leave whenever I want."
"Promise you can" he smiled and took my hand.
We arrived by the rocks by a cliff and I looked at him blankly, "Yeah it's Amber Cliff. I can see it from my bedroom window."
"Not where I'm taking you." He started taking off his shoes and jacket
"What are you doing?" He pointed to the sea and started going over, letting the waves just touch his feet, "we're going into the sea? As in swimming?? No. I haven't got my swimsuit!"
"Neither have I. Come on. Leave your shoes and jacket up there and follow me." I put my things on the rocks up out the way next to his and walked over to him, but staying a little bit back. He put a hand out for me to take, "do you not trust me?"
