4: what, tattoo?

You often forget about the concept of soulmates. It never occurred to you that there was actually someone out there destined for you and how we are all destined for one person. Where is the free will in that?

You heard that once your soulmate dies, your tattoo disappears and that's why some are born without a tattoo but is that supposed to stop you from loving?

You have seen Tanaka's tattoo a couple of times and it was as if he was showing it off by always taking his shirt off.

It was simple yet beautiful. Sometimes he would catch you looking at his chest and it would make him shy. But really, you were just admiring his tattoo. You would sometimes catch Kiyoko looking at it as well and most of the time you would catch her blushing while looking at it and you never knew why.

"Um l/n-san, have you found your soulmate?" Kiyoko asks you while handing you another empty water bottle.

"Oh, no." You say as your entire mood changes.

"But you have been in a relationship, haven't you?"

"Yes. I heard that it is the unwritten rule to date someone who isn't your soulmate and couples who defy that rule get punished with lifelong heartbreak."

"And? Did you?"

"We hurt each other in many ways. But still, I am grateful to him." You say as you close the last water bottle. Kiyoko looks at you as you set the water bottles on the benches. She could  feel that you have a lot of feelings, emotions and memories.

Soon, you were greeted by Hinata and Kageyama who were getting ready for the match. Not long after, the others were there as well. You intently watch the game and get frustrated as Hinata kept getting blocked. You suddenly had an idea.

"Kageyama! Adjust to Hinata!" You scream as Sugawara looks at you in surprise. He calls the two of them and gives them an idea and there the demon quick was born. You smile at how quick the two trusted each other. But then the next couple of tries failed.

"It's going to take some practice," you say.

"Why aren't you surprised?" Sugawara says to as you just smile. The game ends with Hinata and Kageyama winning.

Suddenly a teacher entered the gym. Daichi introduced him as the club adviser.

"I have arranged a practice match!" you smile.

"With Aoba Johsai," you were so close to fainting.
