14: jealous of the bedhead

You walk to the gym feeling quite happy as you had a great sleep once again thanks to Kageyama. You have also been talking until one of you falls asleep and to be honest it makes you so happy to have him. He isn't as talkative as you but is actually a great listener and remembers almost every single little detail about what you were talking about.

"Oh yes, f/n. What's the name of your childhood friend from Nekoma?" Kageyama asks you but before you could answer him, you heard someone call your name.

"Oy! Is that really you f/n-sama?" Someone says and you instantly knew who it was.

"In the flesh Tetsu-chan," You say as he runs to you and practically jumps on you causing you both to fall. Well more like you falling on your butt with him on top of you.

"A-ah! I apologize for our Captain. He isn't usually this... immature," Yaku says to you not knowing that you two know each other.

"Oh no, he's always been this immature." You say as you struggle to push him off of you.

"You smell so good! And wow you grew up hawt!" He says, emphasizing the last word. He finally stands up and offers his hand to you and you grab it to finally stand up.

"Ugh crap I missed you!" He says, whilst hugging you again. You suddenly see Nishinoya and Tanaka eyeing him.

"Oy! Let go of our coach!" Nishinoya says.

"She is ours!" Tanaka says.

"They don't only have a pretty manager but they also have a hot coach!" Yamamoto kneels down in defeat and starts tearing up.

"Coach? You're a coach now? The last time we saw each other, you were about to go to Nationals." He says as he starts fixing your hair which has been ruffled due to him tackling you.

"Assistant coach actually and wow you are so far behind. You don't know anything about me anymore."

"And how is your stupid boyfriend? Have you finally come to your senses that he doesn't deserve you?" He says in a joking manner while chuckling.

"We have actually broken up already." You say as Kuroo's eyes suddenly sparkled. You suddenly see him lift his shirt up, revealing his toned abs and chest which made you gulp.

"W-what are you doi-?"

"Are you sure we don't have the same tattoo?" He says with a pout and then he suddenly got dragged by his team and they all apologize to you. You chuckle at the scene and then soon went in.

"Kenma! Is that you?" You say as you spot the pudding head. His face suddenly lit up at the sight of you and had a small smile which shocked his team.

"Ah, f/n-chan. It's so great to see you here. I heard about what happened in Nationals," He says as he pats your back.

"See! Kuroo! At least he's updated!" You say as you stuck your tongue out making Kuroo pout. Before you could talk some more to the Kenma, you suddenly felt a tug on your shirt.

"F/n, can I practice setting to you?" Kageyama says.

"To me? Why to me?!" You ask in disbelief but he had to find a way to get you away from that 'Kuroo'. He seemed like bad news to Kageyama.

"Um-uh I want to expand my skills by setting to different spikers." He says as you tilt your head in confusion.

"I understand that but you want to do that before the match? You should practice with Hinata." You say with a smile as you gave his shoulder a little squeeze. He flinches at your touch which wasn't taken very lightly by the bedhead watching everything.

"Ah, senpai. Do you know that black haired tall boy?" Inuoka asks Kuroo, snapping him out of his trance.

"No. Why do you ask?" He says while taking his jacket off.

"You look like you want to kill him," Kenma says softly from the back.

"Maybe I do." He says with a glare.

Once you went back to your team, all you got were stares from the boys. You felt like you needed to explain.

"Oh um that very ugly tall guy is Kuroo. He is Nekoma's captain. I know him because I grew up in Tokyo with my Grandparents and often visited them during middle school." You say as you scratch the back of your head.

"And that setter?" Kageyama asks you, putting emphasis on the word setter.

"Well I met him through Kuroo. Listen, I don't anything about their volleyball skills though. We were pretty young then." You say as the others just nod at you.

"We are going to destroy them!" Tanaka screams making the others scream too. You just chuckled at how excited they were.
