"So there is an ace in Karasuno!" Hinata says as he sits beside you. It was lunch and Hinata and Kageyama suddenly decided to eat with you in your classroom. You were in Class 1-5 and for some reason your classroom was near theirs.

"We talked to him a while ago and he seemed really intimidating but he really wasn't!" Hinata proceeds to tell you.

"I don't think he dislikes volleyball though." Kageyama says.

"What makes you say that?" You ask as you take a bit of your apple.

"I just think so."

"What an amazing analysis, Kageyama-kun." Hinata says in a teasing manner as Kageyama squishes his head.

"What did you say?!" He screams at him.

"We have to find a way to help him come back then." You say as the two finally quiet down.

—at the gym

"One more!" Hinata says for the nth time to Kageyama.

"Those two are monsters." You say to yourself.

"I'm just gonna go buy yogurt from the vending machine." You say to the two.

"Ah l/n-san could you buy me milk too? I would like the-,"

"The blue one." You finish his sentence as you smile and Kageyama stands there dumbfounded to the point that the ball Hinata received hit his head but he was too flabbergasted to react. You soon went out to buy yogurt and Kageyama's milk.

As you made your way back to the gym, you saw a boy. Well this boy didn't really look like a boy. He looked like a man. He has long hair and it was tied in a bun. He was amazed by Hinata and Kageyama's quick, you suppose as you heard the ball hit the ground. As you walked back to the gym you hear Daichi's voice.

"You're still a big goofball!" He says and you smile as you had a great feeling that this Asahi would be back in no time.

You hand Kageyama his milk and tells Hinata to stop for a bit so they could rest and wait for the other members for an official practice.

"We live close by each other, don't we Tobio?" You say bluntly as the milk almost came out of Kageyama's nose in shock as you addressed him by his first name. He then coughed.

"O-oh I'm really sorry! Old habits I-,"

"Yes we do, f/n. Why do you ask?" He suddenly says. You were amazed at how quick he was able to compose himself. You smile to yourself.

"No reason." You say as leave his side as soon as you see Kiyoko. The day went on well as the team did their best to make their receives better with the help of Nishinoya. You suddenly rush by his side with him stretching, to his surprise.

"Nishinoya-san," You greet him as he flinches a little while stretching. He tries his best to act cool though with Tanaka watching you nearby.

"Y-yes?" He asks as he continues to stretch. You notice the bruises on his arm.

"You were suspended for quite some time right? But your receives are still good. What did you do while you were gone?"

"Well I practiced mainly on block-follow. I practiced with this local women's volleyball team." He says. Before you could praise him, Tanaka suddenly bursts into tears.

"Noya-san! You are amazing!" He says as you and Nishinoya try to stop him from crying. Once he has calmed down, you finally spoke up.

"That's good that you practiced mainly on that. The spiker's feeling when they know that there is someone trustworthy behind them to cover for them, is like no other. There's a sense of comfort and confidence. Makes you feel like you aren't alone in the court." You say and quickly leave for Nishinoya to have something to ponder on. Suddenly, Takeda-sensei enters the gym.

"Everyone gather up!" Daichi says as everyone runs to huddle.

"I have arranged Golden Week Training Camp! And after that, there will be a practice match with Nekoma!" He says as the team cheers. You smile as you knew what was coming for you.

"Wow! You're amazing Takeda-sensei!" Daichi says as everyone nods in agreement.

"Don't your grandparents live in Tokyo?" Kageyama asks you.

"Yes, I visit them there sometimes. I think I have a childhood friend who studies in Nekoma." You smile as you remember your goofy friend. You wonder how he is right now.

The practice ends and after you have cleaned up the gym, you make your way home. You were eating your pocky again and was too busy checking your phone on articles about Oikawa to realize that Kageyama was right behind you.

"Ah, f/n." He suddenly speaks up startling you making you almost drop your box of pocky.

"Ah! I could've dropped my pocky!" (Please get that reference) you scream at him.

"U-Uhh sorry!" He says.

"No it's alright. I was just. Thinking. Too much again."

"There's nothing wrong with thinking too much I don't think." He says as you look at the sky.

"Wahh the moon is so bright and beautiful!" You say as your eyes glinted as the reflection of the moon could be seen from your eyes.

"I think the moon is more beautiful in an eye's reflection." Kageyama suddenly blurted out as he instantly took it back but you didn't mind.

"Really?!" You say loudly at him as you pull him towards you. You make him face the moon and lift his head up so the moon could reflect on his eyes. He was right. You stared at his eyes in awe and amazement.

"Pretty," You mutter under your breath.

"No, you" Was what Kageyama wanted to say but that was not like him. So he pushed you from him a little bit as he walked past you.

"Hey, wait!" You say as you try to catch up to him.

What was this feeling? Has he always felt this way for you but he didn't want to do anything to make his senpai more mad at him than he already is? She still loves him, that's for sure. He probably wasn't your soulmate, so why does he feel so connected to you?
