The whisper darted between my headphones every sentence or pause.

I stopped editing so I could swap to another ASMR video, a small grin on my face.

Whenever I have the time, I always end up listening to GZ ASMR.

I normally listen to it when I edit videos, such as right now.

I have a fairly popular channel myself, Riot Covers. I do music covers of random songs, mashups of songs, as well as genre swaps.

So I'll take the "There's a Good Reason These Tables are Numbered Honey, You Just Haven't Thought of It Yet" by Panic! At The Disco and either keep it the same, for the most part, or I'll make it some Jack Stauber sounding shit.

I did use that song for today's video, but I just did a ukelele cover, since my housemate, Sero was home.

He also runs an ASMR channel, so I can't do anything super loud when he records.

Well, his channel isn't just his. It's kind of odd, actually.

The channel is called Awase Sero Midoriya Rin. Literally just ASMR, for short. Those four record their own segments of the videos, if they're apart, but they prefer to record together.

I've grown very close with the four after their seventh recording at the house.

Midoriya always brings food over and is really sweet, but insistent that we eat.

Awase is a really lively person, Rin being his impulse control from dumb shit.

He recommended eating a kiwano without cutting it.

Kiwanos are better known as horned melons, which I have ever so lovingly called a spiky no no fruit.

Nonetheless, Rin was the only one who could stop him from cutting his mouth up with the spiky no no fruit.

Anyway, I was busy looking for a video to watch when I saw I had notifications.

I didn't pay attention to most of them until I saw one from GZ ASMR.

Announcement! (Not ASMR)

It quickly caught my interest, since he didn't mention anything on his Twitter, so I clicked on the video.

"Alright, this video's gonna be short and quick, because if I don't make it like that, I'll miss my fucking plane,"

It was definitely a homemade video. It looked as though it was recorded on a phone, which was not being held straight.

"So, I've been getting requests to do collabs with other ASMRtists and shit, which didn't really catch my interest," GZ muttered.

It sounded like he was moving bags around, but I couldn't tell.

"But!" The camera stopped moving, assumably being set down, as you could see a ceiling fan. "There was a channel that asked if I wanted to go collab with them. They make high quality shit, and they have an awesome dynamic, so why fucking not? What I'm saying is, I'm not gonna be posting daily ASMR unless the channel wants to work with me daily. So, I'm gonna be gone for... two weeks? Yeah, two weeks. So, I'll post anything that I do with the channel and I'll do vlogs too. Early face reveal for you guys, huh?"
