Haikyuu!! AU, everybody! Well, sorta. It's a volleyball team thing, and I've been wanting to write something like this since I finished the first season. I finished season 3 a while ago. And fuCK-- THE BOIS. Also loved the ending for season 3, which is called Mashi Mashi. I found the translation for it, wrote it down, and that'll be what I use in here. Anyway, here's the team.

Kirishima's POV

"Oi, Bakugou-san!" I yelled to my upperclassman.

Team practice just ended, and Coach Aizawa gave us the go ahead to leave.

Sero and Ojiro were taking the net down while two of the first years got some of the balls picked up. Two of the other first years were grabbing the brooms, going to sweep the gym floor.

Bakugou turned around, looking for someone before his eyes landed on me.

"Oh, it's just you," he sighed. "What is it?"

"Wanna practice together?" I asked.

"Fucking why?" He panted out, a little out of breath.

Coach Aizawa runs us fucking ragged sometimes.

"You can work on your spikes and serves, and I can work on my receives!"

"Can't," Bakugou mumbled, wiping his face with a towel.

"Aw, what?" I groaned. "Why?"

"Gotta head home,"

"I can walk with you! We live relatively near each other, right?" I grinned, wiping at my own face with a towel.

"Do whatever you want," he muttered.

I frowned, confused as to why he was so quiet.

Got a wish that can't be forced through

"Are you okay, Bakugou-san?"

"I'm fucking fine, Kirishima," Bakugou scoffed. "And you don't have to use the damn honorifics, dumbass. Makin' me feel old as shit,"

I felt myself frown further, furrowing my brow.

What could have him all fucked up like this?

Did something happen?

I mean, I know he just joined the team again, but he left because of last year with Shiketsu.

That's when I rememebered.

We have a genuine match with Shiketsu in a few days.

Shiketsu is a school with a team known as the Iron Wall.

Some of the members are built like houses, and their blocking skills are amazing.

But they're also what made Bakugou almost quit the sport he loves.
