"Okay, what is up with you?" Mercedes questioned.
"What?" Kurt asked.
It seemed impossible for one Kurt Hummel to stop blushing. It makes sense knowing who he was thinking about.
"You are blushing like, a lot! Vogue doesn't come until next month so what the hell is up?" She paused. "Wait... Is this about Blaine?"
Kurt flushed harder.
"Oh my god, it is!" Mercedes squealed. "Okay, what happened?"
"Nothing! We just talked. He felt comfortable telling me... stuff."

Blaine grabbed his black leather jacket from his locker. On his way out of the locker room, he bumped into two disturbances.
"You haven't been chatting with us much..." Karovsky starts walking towards Blaine.
"And you've been hangin' with that Kurt kid..." Azimio chimed in from behind.
Blaine is forced backward and raises his hands up. "I've just been busy, guys. I'm not-"
"Stay away from homo explosion."
"Guys, come on. He's kind of cool..."
The bullies look to each other an nod.

"Where do these keep coming from?" Kurt sighed.
"Can't escape them..." Blaine murmurs.
The taller boy held the cloth close to Blaine's bruise which never failed to make them both blush. "This time it was Karovsky and Azimio... They don't like that I'm spending so much time with you..."
"Oh..."
Blaine immediately panicked when Kurt's tone dropped.
"B-but I don't mind! I'm just saying-"
"It's fine, it's fine! I'm not offended, jeez."
There was a silence before Blaine popped a question, "Do you want to go somewhere?"
"Like where?"
"The Lima Bean? Like for coffee sometime?"
Kurt could've sworn his heart skipped a beat. Both of their faces were bright red.
"Y-yeah! Sure!"
