Y/N POV

Songs written, check. Venue, music, and catering booked, check. Dress, check. Invites, check.

One week until I marry the man I used to hate. Well, hate may be s strong word. Just strongly dislike. Nevertheless, I wouldn't change anything. Our relationship had blossomed, and I believed it was a beautiful one.

It's not like we were "toxic" or anything before our feelings became more apparent. It was more of a rivalry. But that's a story for another time. He was originally Hard To Like, but now I have no idea what I would do without him.

Speak of the devil, he started to stir around, slowly waking up. I looked up at his peaceful face, waiting for him to open his eyes.

"How long have you been staring at me?" He asked. Man, he sleepy voice was sexy.

"I don't know, but you're really nice to look at." I whispered as I winked at him. He lightly chuckled and leaned in, giving me a light peck on the lips. "Do we have to get out of bed?"

"Unfortunately, yes. We have wedding rehearsal today." I groaned at the thought and he chuckled at me again. "I know, I don't want to get up either, but it's either do this or epically fail next week."

"Yeah, I'd rather not embarrass myself in front of everyone we know." I replied as I sat up. I raised my arms above my head, stretching out my muscles. "I'm gonna go shower, are you joining?

"Yeah, I'll be in shortly." I nodded and stood up, making my way to the bathroom. I slowly stripped out of my pajamas and threw them in the hamper containing the rest of our dirty clothes.

I stood outside of the shower as I waited for it to heat up. Thankfully, I shaved yesterday. One less thing to do makes for a happier Y/N. I grabbed a towel and a wash cloth, then checked the temperature.

"Perfect." I mumbled. I stepped into the shower and instantly groaned as the hot water ran over me. I stood there for at least two minutes, just taking in the comforting warmth of it. I turned around as the shower door opened and closed.

"Hey, beautiful." Gee said as he wrapped his arms around my waist. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him. The water running over us didn't matter, time didn't matter, nothing mattered. Just us. "Turn around, I'll wash your hair."

I did as he said and sighed in relief as he lathered the shampoo in my hair. I quickly rinsed it out, then let him put conditioner in it as well. While I let that sit, I did the same for him, lathering his head with shampoo as well.

We continued with our shower, helping each other with everything, then just stood under the water for another five minutes. I could stay like this forever, if I was able to. I pouted as he shut the water off, but followed him out of the shower. Wrapping the towel around my body, I exited the bathroom and began to get dressed.

"I suppose I should wear heels today so I don't break my ankle during the actual wedding." I giggled as I pulled out an old pair of heels. I'm saving the special ones for the real wedding. I grabbed a white, lace sundress as well. It was fitting for it, I assumed.

I went over to my vanity to put on some light makeup. I've been trying to wear less lately so my face doesn't break out right before it. That happened with my high school prom and I was not happy.

"Are you ready, babe?" I heard Gee call out.

"Yep, be right there!" I yelled. I took one last look in the mirror, then turned to leave the room. I was careful as I walked down the stairs. I'm used to combat boots or my Converse, not stilettos.

"You look beautiful." He said, almost breathlessly. He wore dark jeans with a white button-up. His black hair was combed back neatly as well.

"You don't look too bad yourself." I smirked. I gave him a quick kiss, grabbed my keys, and we exited the house.

The drive to the venue was about fifteen to twenty minutes, depending on the traffic. It was truly gorgeous, different greenery contrasted with white and black decorations. The archway in front of the isle was complete marble with vines wrapped around it.

Let's just hope it doesn't rain.

I mean, we have a large canopy we can set up over everything if need be, but it would completely kill the mood.

Gee pulled up next to the building and parked the car. We both got out and walked towards the main building, seeing everyone that needed to be there already waiting. We were probably late, oh well.

"There they are!" Frank yelled. I laughed as the man came over and hugged both of us.

The rehearsal consisted of the groomsmen; Mikey, Frank, and Ray, the bridesmaids; my eldest niece, my best friend, and my sister-in-law, my mother, Gee's parents, my nephew and youngest niece as the ring bearer and flower girl, and both of my brothers, whom would take my father's place to walk me down the isle.

It didn't really last too long. We mainly went over the timing for everyone to walk down. It took a few tries to get it completely correct, but I'm pretty positive we've got it down. If not, we still have one more rehearsal before the wedding.

We hugged everyone before hopping back into our car. We decided to go our for dinner; a little date before the chaos. We sat in a small, hidden both at the very back so we wouldn't be bothered by fans.

"I can't wait for you to be Mrs. Way. I can't wait to be yours forever." He beamed as we waited for our food.

"Neither can I, love."
