I sat on the swing with my hands clasped tightly, the cold breeze flowing through my hair and hitting my tear stained face. I had no idea about what I was doing, why had I called him? What did I expect when he clearly showed me that he wanted to be nowhere near me.

My thoughts were interrupted by the loud engine of a car behind me in the otherwise silent night. I turned around to see Arron rushing out of his classic maroon Mercedes. He sighed in relief seeing me sitting on the swing.

I turned my head towards him as he sat himself down on the swing next to me. I sniffed slightly looking down, not being able to meet his eyes, scared of the feeling they would convey. After a moment of silence I finally spoke up.

"Aren't you going to ask what happened?" I spoke my eyes never leaving the ground

"Do you want me to?" I heard his deep voice.

"No, don't ask me" I finally looked up at him, realizing that if he asked me what happened, I wouldn't be able to tell him.

He lifted his head, his dark eyes meeting my glossy ones now with warmth yet they felt so distant...so alone.

"Don't look at me like that" he whispered, his eyes never leaving mine.

"Why?" I said in a hoarse voice

"It makes it hard for me to contain myself" my heart rate sped up at the comment, a slight blush creeping across my face, but I couldn't stop questioning myself at his sudden behavior change. Till when is he going to be like this until he pushes me away again?

"I don't want to go home, take me with you please."

"I'll get you something to change, make yourself comfortable." Arron spoke as I sat on the edge of his huge grey bed.

He lived in a mansion, had a beautiful swimming pool at in the back yard that could be seen by his gigantic window.

"Just give me a shirt" I spoke, staring out of his window. I already had a pair of black shorts on.

He handed me a neatly folded white t-shirt

"Change here, I'm going to shower" he coldly spoke before stepping in the washroom closing the door behind him. Tears filled my eyes at the tone of his voice yet again

Stripping out of my own button up shirt, I changed into his baggy t-shirt. His scent filling my nostrils causing my heart to flutter for a second there.

Without thinking much I got into his bed, his sweet scent that hinted the slight aroma of cigarette filling up my surroundings drawing me in as my eyes became weary.

'Maybe this is the closest I can ever get to you Arron'

I got out of the washroom after drying my hair, my eyes softened seeing her on my bed curled up in a fetus position, her back calmly heaving.

I moved closer to her sleeping figure my eyes going down on my t-shirt that she was wearing, now riding up enough to reveal the small of her back, he black shorts tightly pressed against her hips and thighs.

Sighing I pulled the blanket on her, covering her up securely as she stirred in her sleep, humming softly, a small smile crept up my face upon hearing the adorable little voice.

I climbed on the bed next to her, observing her sleeping face, her long hair filling up the space around her messily, her pouted lips and small round nose. Everything about her was just so pure and perfect. I wondered how someone can be so strong yet so delicate.
