"always have a good heart...it pays up!"- Charity Peris.
Many people had turned up and it seemed to be one hella big event. Mom was already everywhere saying hi to everyone you'd think she's kind of a governor or sumn.
We walked in being so cautious not to stumble over the stairs on our heels...mom was still above everyone...damn!
My eyes couldn't stop searching...I kept on glazing around hoping to catch a glimpse of Hogan....he's exactly why I'm here....and fortunately I did see him...OMG he was fucking big now! I mean!!! I only saw him last year and he wasn't this outstanding...that time we were at Tina's birthday who was his neighbor and my longtime friend...we both lost contact when she and her family flew to Vancouver permanently.
He wasn't this muscular and wait...was he just wearing an engagement ring...so it's this serious!
... I kept staring and later I felt his gaze on mine.
Damn! Shit!
I cursed under my breath trying not to show the expression of my disgusted reaction..it was too soon...I hadn't even stalked him enough..he stared for a while and turned to whoever they were laughing with. Seconds later he started coming my way.. I guess he'd told the guy to hol' up.
Dude! He's coming!he is fucking coming my way!!!
I took a deep tough breath before I could compose myself...I had to maintain that face....pure innocent smile and a good sign of good luck maybe.
Mom had already blended up with her friends and all I could hear from allover were 'glass cheers' and all that shit.
I kept playing with my purse having nowhere to go and nothing specific to do...why did the distance seem so long.!
"Oh hey!" He was there.
"Hey Howgan" I said the name in a singing manner....just what his friends in school used to call him...that shit used to get him to his nerves so I kinda liked it.
He chuckled softly...he's truly a gentleman!
"Ssup...been so long since we met...how's everything" Well he just asked that....he asked how's everything on my side...
I thought about all my problems but I don't think that was necessary at this point.
"And hey...you mean you still have this dress!haha!" He asked even before I could answer the first one.
"Hell yeah...the last thing I could think of disposing." I winked an eye sarcastically and we were all the way up laughing...I'd missed him...he was super sweet tbh!
"Heey babe....I've been looking everywhere for your stubborn ass....and wooah who's this pretty girl."
I bet this is the lucky girl huh!
