"Wwooahh nice house you have here! How do you manage?"
I tapped my forehead in disguise and picked the remote to keep myself busy with BET.
"Wwooshh haven't seen the Samsung screen what the fuck! Amanda you're rich!"
Shit! Why did she even come! Her house was full of awesome staffs. To begin with the SKY WORTH 43" Android Smart TV which was tagged on the expensively decorated wall and the TAG WOOD L-631A Woofer she had there. The soft music which kept flaming on every room was amazing. I wonder why they bought that 43" cute screen when none of them was even a fan of watching. They never live-streamed anything either since all their time was dedicated to work and each other when they get the chance.
My screen was just 32" and yes it was a Samsung TV but it's not that awesome like she's trying to exaggerate. I quickly checked my time and it was 6:30pm. Damn! She can't go back today. It's so risky to travel at night alone and I know she never carries her driving license with her.
"It's late, you need to be on your way back. Or maybe a hotel you hired for the night." I couldn't afford having so much time with her. That would lead to more bad energy yet I needed time for my own reconciliation.
"Hell no. I ain't going nowhere bitch! Infact where's your bedroom? I need to change I feel stuffed!"
"You mean you got clothes with you?"
"Yeah baby! I knew I'd stay!" She chuckles. " The room? Or should I get it myself?..oh just forgot the house is not that big. I'll suit myself."
Well.
I knew my opinion was not needed. Tricia did what interested her and only her. I guess I have to deal with it then!
"Hi."
Oh.
I turned to him and threw a fake smile.
"Hi."
"Are you okay?"
He was still standing at the door feeling out of place. That was so embarrassing. I was supposed to hug him in and give him some juice and maybe prepare for him some pancakes as we wait for dinner. But there he is. Standing confused I'm surprised he hadn't left yet.
"I'm good. " I replied weakly and blinked a little. This man is a whole vybe! I just need to find a way to him and make things up.
"You can get in. Come. " I gave him space in my seat when I saw he didn't have anything else to say. Just incase he says he's now leaving. No one not even me would want that!
Luckily he smiled and came. Was this a good idea really! His cologne was on another level, it kinda smelt like Escada sunset heat. I wasn't so sure since it got some touch of a cocktail. Anyways I don't care as long as he smelt fly! I kept stealing glances his way just incase I'd find him staring at me.
Instead he was so busy checking on his nails and passing a quick rub on his cute hair. It looked unkempt but still was awesome. Nothing on him was a mess even if he thought there was. The more he passed his fingers on his hair the more he looked edible. If only we could have ended this awkward stage and throw each other on the flow and do wonders. I couldn't care if Tricia was anywhere close. All I wanted was some good time with my man to be. He deserved it!
"Wwooah look at you both! Why you not talking!"
Aarrghhh!
I flush from my awkward thoughts and scowl silently. What was I even thinking!
