"Jaiden? Are you sure you want to do this?" I asked.

"Yes, just stick with the plan," She said, handing me a fake ax. She was not at all upset that Tim had lost Ari or that he had messed up her room. She used it as a backstory for a prank.

"This is really not like you," Den said, "I thought you said that you were so good all the time."

"Yes, but April fools is where you have to open up and prank people," Jaiden said, "Besides, you can't say no to a holiday."

"I don't know," Tabbes said, "I like the April fools version of Jaiden."

...

The next morning (even though it technically wasn't April fools anymore) Jaiden's prank was set into action. I casually walked into the room with the fake ax and gave it to Jaiden.

"Here's the ax you wanted," I said, following the script, "It was right where you said it would be, in the woods a few blocks down from here."

"Good," She said, "Thanks." By now everyone was glancing at us, especially Tim. We all knew that he thought Jaiden was an ax murderer. He was most likely saying it as a joke, but now he looked like he believed it. Jaiden stood up, but as she did she let go of the ax and it flew directly towards Tim's tablet. He let out a small scream, and Jaiden ran towards him to pick it up.

"Sorry Tim, this ax has a mind of its own," Jaiden said and walked down the hall with it. Tim looked petrified but continued to work on his animation. Jaiden walked back into the room, but had a small mark across her eye, like a cut. Tim just stared at her, as she walked back to her tablet.

"Umm...Jaiden, are you aware that you have a cut across your eye?" he said. Jaiden ran her finger across her eye like she was trying to find it.

"Nope, I can't find it," She said, "Well I was putting the ax back in my room, but I don't think anything scratched me." Tim kept on staring at her for the rest of the day. The plan was working perfectly.

...

The rest of the day, Jaiden kept hinting that she was an ax murderer to Tim. Simple things, like adding to her collection of fake ax scars or (one of my favorites) throwing it at me and saying it was meant for him. This was all obviously made by magnets. But after we finished a day of work, is when we struck. Jaiden was actually fake murder Den.

I came running down the hall yelling, "She's dead! She's dead!" This caught some attention. Everyone ran down the hall with me to see Den on the ground with blood splattered all around her and on top of her, was an ax with Jaiden with her foot on her back like a mountain. Tabbes clapped, Adam stared, Tony ran away, Alex gasped, James puked, Devon and Dom fainted, and Tim...screamed.
