"And therefore, we just aren't meant to be," I finished telling the others that me and Adam had broken up. Jaiden and Tony had already told everyone, and they seemed to handle it very well. But since I lost a game of rock, paper, scissors with Jaiden, Tony, and Adam, I had to tell everyone the dating situation, "And don't worry about us, Adam is already dating Illy," The room snapped their heads towards Adam and he just shrugged.

"What?" He said, "Did you all think I was one-hundred percent gay or something?"

"And then, comes to me and Jaiden," I said. I had been waiting to share this moment since I met her. To announce that we were dating. "We're actually dating,"

"I knew it!" Rebecca said, jumping up. I looked at her, Of course she knew, she's been secretly shipping us since she saw both of us in the same room. Jaiden gave her a glare and Rebecca sat back down.

"I'm a great...guesser," She said.

...

"It's our last day in Hawaii," I said to Jaiden, "What do you want to do as an official couple?"

"Well, how about go out to eat?" She said, "And maybe a walk on the beach after that?"

"Sounds good," I said. I looked for something minimalistic, yet romantic. I chose to go to a small cafe that was famous for making tortillas. I took her there and she loved it. Later we went on a walk on the beach as she asked. We had fun talking together and finding little seashells.

"I wish we could stay here forever," She said, "I love it here,"

"Me too," I said, "But I can promise you that this experience right now, is going to be forever," then, I looked at my watch and realized that it was time, "C'mon, let's go seek higher ground," She laughed and we went to go sit on a sand dune.

"You ready?" I asked.

"Yeah," She said. The sun began to set on the horizon. It was the most beautiful sight. Jaiden smiled her sweet, sweet smile.

"Thank you James," She said, taking my hand in hers, "For everything," She leaned over and I did the same. I felt the sweet taste of her lips onto mine. She wrapped her hands around my neck and I put my arms around her waist. I wanted this moment to last forever.

...

"How was your date?" Adam asked me when I came back in. He looked like he had just watched a romance movie that actually ended well. "I saw you kiss Jaiden good night,"

"You were spying on me?" I asked him.

"Yep," He said, "And I ship it!" I rolled my eyes at Adam.

"So, did you tell Illy?" I asked, desperately trying to change the subject.

"Oh, dude you should have heard her," He said, smiling, "She was ecstatic! I'm so happy!" I was glad that Adam had found true love. He deserved it. I leaned over to start to pack up my stuff when I as that Adam had already done it for me.

"Adam," I said, "You didn't have to-"

"I don't care what you have to say, Jamison!" He said, getting into his bed, "It's like a breaking up gift,"

"I don't think that there should be such a thing, but I won't argue," I said. I pushed myself into my bed and turned the light out. So much had changed in Hawaii, and I was glad it did.
