"Girls day out!" I yelled, waking up. Once a year, the girls of the Animated House got to take a day trip to New York. I got dressed and grabbed my suitcase and met up with the rest of the girls in the foyer.

"Did you order the Uber?" I asked Tabbes.

"Yep, it should be here any minute now," Tabbes said. Just then, James walked out of his room to get some breakfast.

"Girls day out?" he asked.

"Yep," Den responded. Our Uber driver pulled up in the driveway and helped put our suitcases in the trunk. I got in the front and Jaiden, Den, and Tabbes got in the back. When we got to the airport, we checked in and waited for hours.

"I think my phone battery just died," Tabbes said, "What is taking them so long?" As soon as she said that, a woman spoke on the intercom.

"Attention passengers boarding the flight to New York at ten o'clock AM. The flight has been canceled due to a fuel leak. The next flight to New York is at two-thirty PM, or you may turn in your ticket for another flight of your choice for free. If you wish to do so, then turn in your tickets to the front desk in your boarding lane."

"Well, what do you guys want to do?" I asked, "We could wait, or we could go somewhere else."

"Disney World?" Jaiden recommended. I like the way she thinks!

"Okay, that sounds good!" I said, "Should we invite everyone too?"

"No, we can go with them somewhere some other time," Den said, "This is our day,"

"You're right. I'll just let them know we might be a little longer than hoped," I said. I called Dom to let him know that we'd be longer than usual, but I didn't tell him that we were actually be going to Disney World. We went to trade our tickets in and before we knew it, we were on a plane to Flordia. Fortunately for us, there were only first-class seats but we only had to pay a fifty dollar fine since we already had plane tickets. I have ridden first-class before but forgot how pleasurable it was. It was a nice flight there, and on the plane, I scheduled a hotel room in Flordia for us. I knew it was a day trip, but we probably would get there later than we'd expected. Den booked us another flight for us in the morning. When we landed, we decided to get a rental car. Me and Jaiden went to get the luggage and Tabbes and Den went to get the rental car. We decided to meet in front of the airport.

"Rebecca, can I tell you something?" Jaiden asked. All of a sudden she looked miserable.

"Sure, what's up?"

"Well...you have to promise that you won't tell anyone." Jaiden nervously said.

"Okay, I promise I won't tell anyone," I said, and I meant it.

"Me and James...are...well...we're dating in secret." She said, quietly.

"Wait, really?" I asked. I knew it! The way they look at each other, and how strong their friendship is, it was more than just friends!

"Please, don't tell anyone. Especially Tony!" She said.

"Don't worry, I won't tell a single soul," I said, "Your secret is safe with me."

...

When we got to Disney World, all of my childhood memories came rushing back. The smell and the look of it was amazing. We first went to Thunder Mountain, then we went to Space mountain. After that, we shopped a bit. We all got matching Mickey hats with our names carved in the back. We got recognized a whole lot. After a full day of The Twilight Tower to Animal Safari, we watched the fireworks. We finally plopped into bed at around One-thirty in the morning.

"This will be hard to explain to the boys," Den said while we were packing up in the morning.

"Well, we did buy them some stuff to make up for it a little," Jaiden said.

"We're dead. Definitely dead." Tabbes said.
