The Meeting

"It's late, you better get some rest so you can stay awake during the meeting tomorrow," Chrysta says to Sofia.

"Right, I hope Clio's servants set up something to for me to sleep on," Sofia says.

"Sofia, you can share my bed, I have more than enough room," Clio says.

"Thanks Clio," Sofia says.

Apollo runs up to Clio.

"Nice to see you too boy," Clio says petting her dog.

"Excuse me," Sofia says after a big yawn.

"We better get to the castle," Clio says.

The sun rises and Sofia is awoken by Apollo's voice.

"Sofia, two unicorns are here," Apollo says.

"Thanks Apollo," Sofia says with a yawn.

Sofia gets dressed in her protector outfit.

"Clio, wake up, unicorns are here," Sofia says.

Clio jumps up.

"Did you say unicorns?" Clio asks.

"Yes, now get on the outfit you wore during the test, you will be needing it."

"Okay," Clio says jumping out of bed.

It doesn't take long for Clio to change.

"You ready?" Sofia asks her friend.

"Really ready, where are we going that we need unicorns?" Clio asks.

"The Mystic Isles," Sofia says getting on Skye's back.

"The Mystic Isles? Does that mean I'm the nominee?" Clio asks getting on Midnight.

"Yes, now we better hurry, we don't want to be late."

The two princesses arrive at the protectors castle just a few minutes before the meeting starts.

"Princess Sofia!" All the protectors say in sync.

"Hi everyone," Sofia says.

"This must be your nominee," Vega says.

"Yes, this is Clio," Sofia says.

"Hello," Clio says with a curtsy.

"She helped me defeat Prisma when she destroyed Corinthia," Sofia says.

"Really?" Orion says as he looks at Vega.

"Excuse us for a second," Vega says as she and Orion go into another room.

"So, this is the princess my brother went to help," Garish says.

"Yep, he is doing a really good job," Sofia says.

"Who's his brother?" Clio whispers.

"Giz," Sofia responds just as quietly.

"Well if you do as well as the last protector of the Ever Realm then you will be great," Galial says.

Vega and Orion return.

"We have an announcement," Vega says.

Everyone looks at Vega.

"Fighting Prisma is no easy task so Orion and I have decided that Clio has already passed that part of the test," Vega says.

"In addition, because Clio is a human she will be the first to climb the mountain," Orion adds.

"Thank you," Clio says.

"Remember Sofia, Clio must get to the cave by sun down," Vega says.

"Yes Vega," Sofia says.

"You should get going, as you know the tasks may not be as hard as fighting Prisma but they aren't easy."

"Right, let's go," Sofia says to Clio.

"Thank you so much," Clio says giving a curtsy before following Sofia.
