Chapter 39: Kou Empire's Answer

"Are we engaging to war?" mula sa hawak na staff ay dumako ang tingin ni Zachariaz sa mga kasamahan niya sa isang pagpupulong. 

Dahil sa napag-usapan ni Marquis at ni Zachariaz ay pinag-uusapan ng matataas na opisyal ng Kou Empire kung  kaagad silang sasalakay sa isang lungsod na punong-puno ng mga magician at inosenteng tao. 

"I need all of your opinions." wika ni Zachariaz habang kinagat ang mahabang kuko niya sa hinliliit. It was his habit every time he's in a pinch. 

"Reim Empire is kinda strong but we can easily outnumber them." napadako ang tingin ni Zachariaz sa lalaking nagsalita. Mayroon iyong kulay lilang buhok na aabot sa ibaba ng balikat nito. Hinagod nito iyon saka muling nagsalita.

"It's because of Tyler. Mr. Zachariaz's clone. " sagot naman ni David, the 5th Prince, he has the power to launch invisible attacks at will. 

"That's taboo, David! Tyler's not just a mere clone! He's also a huge part of High Priest!" malakas na hinampas ni Karen ang lamesa bago nagsalita. She's the 1st princess of the Kou Empire. She has the ability to control and manipulate the wind around him at a certain range.

"Sister's right! Tyler's like a brother to me!" sigaw naman ni Krizel, the 2nd princess of the Kou Empire, she has a grace that allows her to summon her huge wings and to manipulate it freely. 

"David, apologize to high priest right away!" galit na bulyaw ni Eric sa kapatid, sinabayan niya pa iyon ng pagtayo at pagduro sa kapatid. Eric is the 1st prince and the most likely to succeed the throne, he can secrete blade-like thread on any part of his body, he can also control them at will. 

"Children. Please calm down. We're here to talk about the war. Not to argue." kalmadong pananaway naman ni Marcel sa mga anak niya. She's the Empress of the Kou Empire. 

"So, are we going to war or not?" tanong namang muli ni Zachariaz. Batid niyang may pagka-immature ang ilan sa mga anak ng Emperor pero alam din niya sa sarili niyang maaasahan ang mga ito dahil siya mismo ang nagsanay sa mga ito, hindi lang para maging isang mahusay na pinuno, pero upang maging mahusay na mandirigma. 

"I suggest, that we shall engage war-" tumayo sa upuan na kinauupuan niya si Harlie, Kou Empire's 2nd prince, he owns a grace which enables him to sharpen any part of his body that can act as a sword or a blade. "based on my calculations, inaasahan kong itatakwil ng Reim Empire ang Kambala Academy bilang parte ng emperyo nila. " Dahil sa narinig ay napataas ang isang kilay ni Zachariaz. 

"I mean, they will be easily intimidated by our numbers. We may have lost to the Frontier many times but we never lose when it's war. It's a completely different case when it comes to war." pagpapatuloy ni Harlie sa pagpapaliwanag na agad na sinangayunan ng lahat. 

"Wow! Impressive as always Harlie!-" pumormang nakikipag high-five si Jacob sa kapatid na katabi lamang nito. The 4th prince of Kou Empire Jacob Miller can create any blades. By using his fats he can secrete any kind of blades in any part of his body. "Kasing talas ka talaga ng mga blade mo!" tinanggap naman ni Harlie ang kamay ng kapatid at nakipag high-five.
