I'm telling you, she's mine!

Hey guys! This is the first ever book I've written so here it goes(:

Also, if you're new here, I wrote this book a long time ago when I was a lot younger (13) so my writing skills have significantly improved since, which is exactly why I'm rewriting/editing it to improve the quality of my work.

So please bare with me as each of the chapters nay be slightly rewritten to a better standard.

Chapter 1

Dan's P.O.V

It was the first day back at school and that's when I saw that girl. That girl was perfect, she was beautiful, she was all the girls I've ever been out with built into one person. She was extraordinary and original. And man, she needed to be mine.

The first thing I did when I got into my form room was tell my best mates about this beautiful girl I'd just seen. At first I didn't really know how to tell them. I've always been embarrassed talking about girls with my bro's. We always find talking about girls with each other so awkward, even though we've known each other since like forever! 

"Yo guys! I got girl news man." I shouted to Matt, Jack, Cameron and Marvin. Marvin was like "Ooohh, who's the lucky lady ey? " I replied "Well...I don't actually know her name. She's the new girl and man is she smokin' hot!". These lot were laughing their heads off. Okay, now I was kinda angry and slightly embarrassed. Finally after they stopping laughing like mental hyenas Matt asked "Bro, have you actually even talked to her yet?" I said "Not exactly no, I want to though but you know, I'm scared man. This girl makes me so nervous, I can't even speak when she's around and man do I hate that." What if she says no? What if she thinks I'm desperate? What if she thinks I'm a player or anything?

Oh my gosh!! This girl makes me think so much. Its so annoying and weird because never ever has a girl made me think so much. I'm so nervous. I can't even look at her without getting lost in those mysterious greeny-blue eyes. "Dan! DAN! DAAAANN!!!" all 4 boys shouted at me. I couldn't help but stop thinking about the new girl. She's just so pretty! "Yeah man, what?!" I yelled back at them. "You were flipping day dreaming about 'her' again." Marvin says. "Aww man. I can't get that stupid girl off my bloody mind. She's just so damn hot, you'd understand if it was you." I replied.

Me and the boys compared timetables. Me and Matt both had double I.T this morning so this should be fun. The rest of the boys have P.E, first thing on Monday morning. Those poor boys. 

We walked out of the old crusty English classroom as soon as the bell went to get to lessons. I walked out the door facing the boys ands shouted "Innabit you lot yeah. Meet us at the changing rooms yeah!" Before I could fully turn around I bumped into someone.

"Yo, watch where you're-" I was fully turned round at this point and there she was. That girl; my girl, well girl to be anyway. There she was, looking as beautiful as ever. She was with the head teacher, Mrs Kingsley. I'm guessing miss is giving her the grand old tour. There's nothing much to see anyway, the school's all old and crusty anyway. The walls in all the classrooms are peeling, there is so much chewing gum squished into the floor there's hardly any actual floor left, there's wasp/ant nests in some of the English classrooms and most of the teachers are mardy. I can't see why such a beautiful girl would come to such a disgusting school.

We were lost in each other eyes for at least a minute before she clicked back to reality and said "Umm.. can I help you with something?" That's the kind of question I should be askimg the new girl, not her asking me that. "Err... yeah. As a matter of fact you can. I'm Dan. Dan Wickingham. I was thinking I could show you round. You know, be your first day buddy?"  

"Sure Dan," She replied. "I'd love for you to show me round. Thank you! And by the way I'm Rebecca. You can call me Becca though, buddy."
