⊱ Janet's POV
"The good news is he's stable." Doctor Garner told us, my mother, my sister La Toya, Diana and my brothers. "And he's allowed visitors."
I gave her a cheery, and optimistic smile and then turned back to Diana who looked exactly the way I did.
"But only family." Dr. Garner added, and I watched Diana's cheerful expression fade, but I knew she was only glad he was okay, atleast.
I turned to Diana, my hands on her shoulders. "You should go home and get some rest," I stared at the dried blood on her face and clothes and nodded. "And maybe wash too," I sigh. "I'm sure you'll be able to see him tomorrow."
She nodded, hope in her eyes. "Goodbye Janet." She turned her back to me and walked away, I saw her shoulders tremble with unhappiness.
