At the last minute I'd pulled on a strapless black pencil dress that hugged my little curves. I had went through my entire wardrobe and this was the only thing that I actually wanted to wear.
Scooping my hair up, I secured it with a red hairpin. I hadn't gone too fancy on the makeup. Imagine what people would think of me.
There was a knock on the door, I have always had sensitive ears, even if I was upstairs in my bedroom. I was still confused. I headed downstairs and opened the door.
It was Jermaine.
"Jermaine?" I laughed nervously. "How'd you know where I lived?"
He was absolutely handsome in his tuxedo, his hair smoothed back as usual. I wondered how Michael would look in a suit. "Michael told me."
I didn't know how to feel about that.
"Are you ready?" He asked me, his eyes sweeping over my body. I felt a blush coming on.
"Yeah. Let me just turn off the lights."
