I just finished reading Pittacus Lore's The Rise of Nine and was now currently contacting Reige through Skype.

Nakakailang ring na pero hindi pa siya sumasagot. When I was about to end it, sinagot na niya yung tawag.

I grinned when I saw his face on the screen. Na-miss ko ang abnormal na 'to. "Reige, guess what—"

"I'm busy, retard. Bye."

"—class A na ako." I muttered, but it was no use. I-nend na niya yung call.

Napabuntong hininga ako. Lagi nalang siya busy. Once a month ko na nga lang siya naco-contact hindi pa niya ako binibigyan ng kahit konting minutes man lang.

I sent him a message saying:

Dufus! Nag-padala ako ng manga. Hope you liked it. And may kapalit 'yan! TAWAGAN MO NAMAN KAMI KAHIT ONCE A WEEK, OKAY?!

Nag-aalala na talaga ako kay Reige. He may be so strong outside, but he's the opposite on the inside. He's vulnerable.

The way he looked at me before he left for Canada haunted me again. I just can't sleep whenever I remember the look he had on his face.

I checked my laptop again and saw him replied. Binasa ko agad ito. Minsan lang 'to mag-reply, e.

A smile crept up on my lips as I red his message. He shows his love for us in his own unique ways.

I looked up at the clock and saw that it was 20 minutes before 8! Shit! Yung dinner! Nakalimutan ko!

Agad akong nagpalit ng damit. Naka-jeans and shirt lang ako. Nagdala na din ako ng sweater. Sabi ni Jason wear something comfortable daw, e.

I looked over at my phone and saw no message from Zero. I sighed. Kinuha ko yung phone ko at nag-scroll sa mga messages ko. Nagbabaka sakaling nagtext siya, hindi ko lang nakita o ano.

I turned my phone off and hid it under my pillow. Hindi ko nalang yun dadalhin kasi wala namang gamit.

Ika pa nga nila, walang gamit ang cellphone mo kung walang ni isang text mula sa mahal mo.

Habang naghihintay kay Jason, hinalungkat ko muna yung mga gamit ko na pwedeng pagtripan.

Nakita ko yung DSLR na binigay ni Jason the Stalker. Andito pa nga yung note niya, e. I just kept it since I really owed him a lot.

I wonder where on earth that guy is? Hindi na siya nagte-text sa'kin, e. Sayang talaga. Gusto ko sana siyang makilala.

Binalik ko ang atensyon ko sa page-explore ng mga gamit ko. I paused when I saw the scrapbook I made for Zero.

Napangiti ako at kinuha ito. This book has been alive for 4 years. Freshman palang ako nang ginawa ko ito.

I flipped the pages and saw the pictures. This one was taken on the first day of school. Katapos niyang magtanong sa'kin, agad ko siya pinicturan. Kahit likod lang niya, okay na.

Grabe ang adik ko talaga noon.

There was this one picture that I took when Zero was wearing his jersey. Ito yung araw na napasok siya sa basketball team.

I was so proud of him.

I took a picture of him when he was sleeping in the library. Medyo epic nga yung mukha niya dito, e.

I chuckled and reminisced.

Umabot na din ako sa current school year namin ngayon. Natawa talaga ako nang makita ko yung mga kalokohan ko.
