I turned my heel and walked away, wiping the tears in the process. Just fuck everything. Is he having a revenge?

If so, then he's really getting to me.

Wala na akong pakialam kung marami na akong nababanggaang tao. My main purpose is to get out of this mall. Hindi na ako makahinga ng maayos. Sumisikip na yung dibdib ko.

I just wanted to die for this pain to end.

I bumped into someone and I looked up only to see a worried Jason looking down on me. He cupped both of my cheeks and said, "You're crying again."

He pulled me for a hug. I tightened my hold on him as tears continued on flowing out of my eyes.

"Hindi mo na kailangang mag-explain kung bakit ka umiiyak. I can already see the asshole now." he said with so much hatred.

"Jason, hindi ko na kaya. Gumaganti siya sa'kin and I can't bear the pain any longer." I said in between sobs.

"Oh I'll teach that motherfucker a lesson!" he said and was struggling to get out of my hold.

"He's not worth it, Jason. Umalis nalang tayo, please." I begged, looking straight into his eyes that was filled with anger. It was then replaced with worry seconds later.

"Tara." hinalikan lang muna niya ang noo ko bago ako inakbayan at naglakad papunta sa escalator. I looked back which was not a good idea since I saw Zero's blank face looking at me.

Zero Greil, you had hurt me badly.

"Anong gusto mong panoorin?" tanong ni Jason sa 'kin pero hindi ko siya sinagot.

Nakarating na din kami sa bahay and he refused to go home. He wanted to stay by my side in case daw magbreak down daw ako dito.

"Hoy, Niui! Sagutin mo nga ako!"

"Wala." sagot ko nalang.

Napabuntong hininga siya at hinawakan ang kamay ko. "What do you call a bear without teeth?"

Napakunot ang noo ko. Ano na namang kalokohan 'to? "I don't know. What?"

"Gummy bear! Get it? Gummy bear!" sabi niya saka tumawa. Natawa nalang ako.

'Di ko alam kung bakit mababaw lang ang kaligayahan ko kahit ang korni ng joke ni Jason.

"Eto pa, eto pa! May isang lalakeng nahulog sa lugar ng mga leon sa isang zoo. He kneeled down and prayed to God to make the lions a religious being so that they won't hurt him. He was closing his eyes and when he couldn't feel the lions' teeth and claws digging unto his skin, he opened his eyes and saw the lions kneeling down in front of him with their hands together. They were praying. Alam mo kung ano yung prayer nila?"

I shook my head. "Ano?"

He kneeled down in front of me, his hands together, then closed his eyes. "Bless us oh Lord for this thy gift..."

Natawa na naman ako. Tae talaga ang lalakeng 'to!

"Eto isa pa! Anong tawag mo sa bear na walang ngipin?" pag-uulit niya sa joke miya kanina.

"Paulit-ulit? Hindi na kaya nakakatawa." I said.

He sat beside me and looked at me seriously. "That's the point, Niui. If you can't laugh at same joke over and over again, then why cry over at the same person over and over again?"
