Hey there you guys, I'm really sorry I haven't been updating you all. Honestly, I actually shut myself out of reality for a few days trying to find out about myself. Here is a calming picture I took last week. Anyways, how have I been doing? Okay I guess. I still haven't managed to find the trueness of myself. All I know is that I have already given up of my figure skating dream for good this time. This time I won't let it resurface and taunt me into becoming something way out of my league. What I want to be in the future? I don't know and stop asking me this! (Goes to my parents and those other people who always ask this) New about me? I re did my nightly workout routine so it wouldn't be so tiring but still as effective. You wanna know? Of course you do.
I'll take a pic for you guys tomorrow and just brief about it now.

8.00pm- Bicycle abs (for toning abs, nothing to do with strengthening core) 3 sets of 20, 1 set of 60, rest 20 between sets. No repeats.
8.05pm- Planks (core workout, nothing about toning abs) 3 sets 1 minute each, 30 seconds full and the other 30 knee planks. Rest 5, no repeats.
8.10pm- side leg lifts laying down. (For improvement of extensions, a ballet thing I guess, good for upper leg muscle toning) 30 lifts each side, no repeats and no rests.
8.15pm- modified superman (back muscle toning and building back strength) Legs being held down by   sofa, lift chest up as high as possible or until you feel it's enough. 3 sets of 20, 1 set of holding for a minute. Rest 10 every set.
8.20pm- balletic pliés (muscle endurance and also for longer holding and maintaining a good plié) Do plié one second position ballet and hold there for 60 seconds. 2 sets, no rest.
8.25pm- single leg rises (ankle strengthening) Stand on one leg and use ankles to push yourself up onto the balls of feet. 30 each foot, no sets, no repeats and no rests.
8.30pm- cooling down (it's mandatory so don't complain!) Calves stretches, pike, side stretches and the end...

Currently I'm typing this using my phone so there will be ZERO spelling mistakes. 100% spell checked. So yeah, more updates tomorrow and I will be back tomorrow, also 100% assured. Also will add the OLDEN DAYS story tomorrow as I am in my room and don't have my computer with me so I guess that's it and I will see you all tomorrow. It's already 9.30pm...so I better be off! P.S. cr1tty and ActuallyGnomed guys, we need to discuss who will be studying what for the DT test next Tuesday, whoever wants to discuss about it then either WhatsApp or here. We need to sort out the work unless u guys have already done it. Sorry I have been offline. Other than that I am off.
