Meeting

Rahul reached Arshi's place sharp at 4:00 PM. He was dressed in a pair of black denims, white T shirt, black shoes and jacket. He looked really handsome. As soon as he knocked the door, he was welcomed by Arshi who was getting ready. She had already made a mug of coffee for Rahul, he just added a spoon of jaggery and headed to Arshi's room where she was making her hair.

Rahul sat on the bed watching Arshi get ready. Rahul said,"We need to leave within 10 minutes. Jaldi kar na, baba. Mujhe late nahi hona."(Hurry up,dear. I don't want to get late.)

Arshi replied,"Yes, I will be done in 5 minutes. Can you help me a bit?" Rahul nodded. Arshi continued,"I had made some muffins and I have packed it in boxes. Can you just check them out and put it in the car." Rahul , after being done with his coffee,went to the dining tables where Arshi had placed three beautiful paper boxes in which muffins were packed.He gently carried the three boxes to the car and returned back to Arshi's room asking,"How long will you take?"

Arshi was ready and Rahul was mesmerized seeing her and whispered,"You look very hot." Arshi was wearing a white lace top and black denims along with Black loafers. She replied,"Thank you so much Rahul. You don't look bad either. I had to match up with you and you look very hot yourself too so." They both left home by 4:30 PM.

They reached the cafe,'Coffee And Us' by 5:00 PM. They were the first to reach. They sat on the table and waited for Anushree and Esha. Anushree was the next one to reach. Arshi and Rahul got up and greeted Anushree. Rahul hugged Anushree while Arshi and Anushree shaked their hands.

Anushree congratulated Rahul and stated to Arshi,"Arshi, Are you sure about your choice because Rahul is crazy and a true workaholic." and laughed. Arshi was about to reply when Rahul got in and said,"She is the crazier one between the both of us and she is also the one who sits with me till the wee hours of the morning in the studio and is a greater workaholic." Anushree was astonished and appreciated her,"Wow dear. Great to hear that you are a workaholic too. It is nice to hear that." The conversation was going well when Esha also joined them. "Sorry, Yaar. I am really sorry. I did not want to get late but my boss sucks and he piled on a set of files on my table to work on," and hugged Rahul and Anushree and smiled at Arshi.

Esha said,"Hey! Arshi. Nice to meet you. Congratulations Rahul and Arshi. Nice to see you both together. You look great together. So, How did it start? Rahul gave us a brief intro about it but we would love to know from you. But before that tell us a little bit about yourself. We want to know something about you too."

Arshi replied,"The story is long. I am an MBA student and Rahul, along with the entire Band had come to our college to perform and before their concert started, the college band presented a welcome performance and I was the lead vocalist there. That is where I met everyone. After about a month, on the day of my farewell ceremony, Rahul called up on the college reception and asked for me. I went and took the call where he said that he belonged to the Akshat Amit band and they want a female vocalist and wanted me to audition for it. I went for that and I got selected and that is how it started."

Anushree and Esha were impressed. Arshi questioned them now," I have heard so much about you guys from him and it is so nice to finally meet you all today. "

The evening flowed smoothly with a lot of talks, gossips and laughs.

They finally decided to leave the cafe at 7:30 PM. They exited the place and by that time Arshi had managed to make a great bond with them. She had gelled amazingly well with the gang .

They had found great friends in each other. Rahul was happy to see how well Arshi had adjusted herself in his friends' group. Arshi directed Anu and Esha to the car so as to give them the muffins. Arshi , Anushree, Esha and Rahu hugged each other and left. Rahul and Arshi were supposed to have dinner at Arshi's place.

Rahul and Arshi reached Arshi's home and while getting down the car, Rahul was about to unload the third box of muffins but Arshi stopped him and said," Don't get that down. That is for Aunty and Uncle and don't worry it is sugar free so uncle can also eat it."
Rahul smiled at her thoughtfulness of having made sugar free muffins for him. He was overwhelmed and kissed her on her cheek.
Rahul and Arshi went upstairs. Arshi made coffee for the both of them . The dinner (spaghetti and grilled mushrooms and chicken) was ready. They sat with their coffee in the living room.
Rahul initiated the conversation,"Thank you so much for being so nice to my friends. I never thought that you would get along so well with them." Arshi stopped him and replied,"They are also my friends now and you need not thank me for everything. I am your girlfriend now and not a work mate anymore."
After they were done with coffee, they went to the dining table for dinner. Rahul loved the dinner.
Post dinner , Rahul left at about 10:30 PM for his place. On his way, he was thankful to his stars to have found his true love and an amazing friend in Arshi .
As he reached home, he DMed Arshi on Instagram. It read,"LOVE YOU LOADS. Studio session at 10 AM. Will come to pick you . Get some coffee too. Bye. Good Night. Love you more."
Arshi smiled reading that, and replied instantly,"See you tomorrow. Love you more to the sun and back infinite times."
It was a day worth remembering for Arshi and Rahul.
