Surprise Unveils

Post breakfast, Arshi decided to inform Mom about Rahul, but mom was busy making arrangements for the people who were going to arrive. Arshi tried to call her mom and ask her to sit with her as she had something important to inform her. But mom declined every time, stating, "Arshi, I have a lot of work now. Don't disturb me now. We can talk after some time in the evening after the guests leave. I want the arrangements to be perfect. It is essential for the evening to be the best. Arshi was shocked by everything going on. She asked mom, "Who is going to come, mom? Why is there such elaborate and lavish arrangements for tonight ?" Mom simply distracted Arshi, "Arshi, Can you check on the flowers that I had ordered for the evening? The person who is going to come is the surprise. I shall inform you after I complete all the work. " Arshi checked up about the flowers and told mom that it is going to reach within an hour. 

She then headed to her room to call up Rahul and Radhika. The three of them got on a conference call wherein Arshi informed Rahul and Radhika, " I would not be free today, and if there is any work in the Studio, can you inform Akshat sir that I will not be able to make it today." Radhika and Rahul were worried and asked Arshi if everything was okay or not as she had never said that she will be missing a studio session and was always ready to help them out at all times. Arshi replied in the affirmative. Radhika disconnected the call after Arshi informed her as she was going to shop. Arshi and Rahul continued with their cal. Rahul was feeling much better after reading the message that Arshi had sent Rahul. Arshi informed Rahul that someone was supposed to be coming over in the evening, and there was a lot of preparation happening. Rahul questioned who it was, but Arshi had no answer to it as she was unaware of who was coming. Arshi and Rahul spoke for an hour and a half, after which they added Anushree and Esha to the call. Anushree's wedding date and all the other rituals were postponed by a month as Nakul got some work in the United Kingdom that he could not manage to postpone and had to complete it with no faults. Anushree and others were okay delaying the entire marriage and other ceremonies as that would allow Anushree, who was a singer by passion, to complete her album and release it too. The four chatted for really long about everything till Arshi's mother called her, and they had to disconnect the call. 

Arshi's mother handed her a salwar kameez to wear. Arshi thought that as Mom's friends were coming over, mom wanted her to be well dressed. She got ready by 6:00 PM as instructed by her mother, and that is when Mom and Dad informed her who was going to come.

Ardhi's mom spoke, "Arshi, The surprise of you is that there was a proposal that we had received for you, and the guy and his family wanted to meet you. So we thought that you could meet him today and you informed me that you were free. He is a very nice guy, and he will understand your work. He earns a decent amount, and you will be able to have a comfortable living without having to tour much. His name is Ishaan, and he is the Cheif Executive Officer at an MNC. He is a lovely person, and his family is well cultured and cosmopolitan ." Arshi was astounded with what her mother said. She was in a rage. She just could not believe the revelation that her mother had done. She screamed at the top of the voice, "Mom, how could you do this? You know that I am not going to get married now and I don't wish to meet him at all. I don't care about marriage, at least at this point, when I am struggling to get my carer intact. I am not meeting him at any cost. I don't understand what made you think that I don't enjoy touring and performing. I want to be independent and then get married. Even though I am relatively independent now, I am not going to meet him nor anyone else. Please, mom, I request you just to cancel the plan. Mom had not expected such a reaction and said, "What is wrong in meeting him once? I am not going to force you to get married but I will advise you to at least start the search for a suitable guy whom you would marry. I can't cancel the plan now. I suggest you meet him once and then you have the freedom to reject him or accept him." 

Arshi was going to inform mom about Rahul but that is when Ishaan and his family arrived. Arshi had no chance to inform her parents then and there. Arshi was clear what she was going to do. She had a plan in mind. She would directly refuse Ishaan and tell him that she is in love with someone else. She thought that it would be best to do that. She had no other option but to meet him.
