The band members arrived at 4:45 PM. It included Aditya Menezes, Darshan Joshi, Amit Sir, Vashishth Mehta, Nirav Thakur and Radhika. Radhika stayed just for a while so as to brief everyone about the schedule of the upcoming month's gigs and live shows. It sounded hectic yet exciting. After briefing that took about an hour, she left and the other members began practicing. They had changed the entire playlist for the next concerts and had to practice the entire thing from the scratch. There was addition of a few new songs that Arshi and Rahul were going to be performing. They were very excited for it. Originally Vashishth was supposed to be performing those songs but then later Akshat sir altered it as he believed that Arshi sounded better with Rahul than Vashishth. They began the practice session with a lot of enthusiasm and it continued till 9:30 PM. At 9:30 PM, they finally wrapped up. They had covered almost half of the set along with the dance and were comfortable with it. They scheduled the next practice session after a couple of days at the same time. The entire band left but Akshat sir, Arshi and Rahul stayed back to work on the new song for the film.
It was already 9:30 PM and the trio was hungry so they ordered food and continued with the new song. The food arrived late when they were mostly done with the work and they ate in peace and that is when Akshat sir started talking about the most dreaded topic. Akshat sir asked Rahul,"How is your life going on? Found anyone? You were single the last time we talked about this that is about a couple of months back? What is the status now?" Rahul was slightly taken aback as he was not expecting something and blushed,"No, sir. Nothing like that. I am single. Still in search of love." Akshat sir noticed the blush on his face and asked,"Oh.. Is that so? But your face says something else. Are you sure about your answer? Let me not push it much though. What about you, Arshi? Are you in a relationship? If you don't mind me ask." Arshi also had blood gushing to her cheeks and answered,"No, sir. I don't mind at all. I am single too." Akshat sir asked,"Have you been in a relationship earlier?" Ashi denied with a nod. Rahul diverted Akshat sir's attention to music and gigs. The two were greatly relieved. They had planned not to disclose the secret to anyone except the close friends' group and wanted to keep it under covers.
After dinner, they got back to the music and finally wrapped up the studio session at about 12:00 AM midnight. They had scheduled the next studio session the next afternoon at 12:30 AM. Akshat sir left after which Arshi and Rahul left together to Arshi's place. Arshi asked Rahul if he would like to have coffee. Rahul accepted the offer and headed upstairs with Arshi for coffee. Arshi changed to her pyjamas and headed to the kitchen to make coffee while Rahul went to the washroom to freshen up. Both were very tired after the long day. After Arshi was done making coffee she handed the mug to Rahul. Arshi and Rahul sat in the balcony and had their coffee. Arshi started the conversation,"I was freaking out when Akshat sir asked if you are single or not. I was scared that you would reveal it to him. Oh god!!" Rahul replied calmly,"I thought for once that I should reveal it to him but then it was us who had decided to keep it under covers. It is better to keep it hidden now." Arshi questioned,"I know it would not be an issue to reveal it to him but still you kept it under covers. Don't mind me ask this but are you not serious about this relationship?" Rahul answered,"It is not about the seriousness of the relationship. I am really serious about it. But let us face the truth. The truth is we have just started now and everything might seem perfect now but later on we might find this monotonous. I really love you but I want to be dead sure that we both are actually ready for each other or not." Rahul was expecting a harsh reply from her as what he said might annoy her. But the reply was not anything as he had expected. Arshi held his hand and whispered,"I agree with it. We need to be sure before we tell the world about us. We are happy now but who knows what the future holds for us. I love you for this. You are so reasonable and pragmatic. It reassures me that I love the right person." Rahul was not expecting such a reply. It made him fall in love with her again. Rahul answered,"I am always reassured that I love the right person as you actually understand me so well and not judge me nor dismiss my decisions. Thank you for being there with me and standing strong with all the decisions I take. Thank you babe." Arshi smiled and kissed Rahul on his cheeks.
They both enjoyed the coffee after which Rahul left. Rahul reached home and gave a call to Arshi. Arshi was awake waiting for Rahul's call. Rahul and Arshi chatted till 4:30 AM after which they got back to make some coffee and again got back on a video call that lasted till 7:00 AM. At 7:30 AM, Arshi went to the kitchen to make breakfast and showered.
After breakfast, Rahul called up Arshi to inform him that he will be coming to pick her up at 11:00 AM. Arshi offered if he would have lunch to which he happily agreed to. Arshi had breakfast and started to prepare Pasta for lunch. After she was done preparing lunch, she got ready for the studio session and waited for Rahul. Rahul reached sharp at 10:30 AM. They had lunch at about 11:30 AM and left for studio.
