Solution

The day ended on a good note with Arshi and Rahul speaking to each other after long. Arshi went to the kitchen to get a mug of coffee. She cherished the call, to have heard Rahul's voice. She never thought that Rahul was so hurt and was in so much pain. She could've never imagined that Rahul loved her so much. The presence of the other mattered to each other more than they thought it would. She sat with her coffee in her living room where Rahul and herself had spent most of their time at Arshi's place. Arshi was hoping that meeting Esha and Anushree will bring about some solution for her. She slept with a tiny flame of hope flickering in her heart.

Rahul had never expected Arshi to pick his call and it came as a blessing in disguise for him to have been able to speak to Arshi. That one call seemed to have changed his situation and perspective. He had never thought that it could be because of some issue or compulsion that Arshi is marrying Ishaan. He could hear a wave of pain in her voice and hoped that she would have spoken some more. He was confused about what Arshi was going through. He was sure that she cared for him, that was reconfirmed when Arshi enquired about Ma. He was worried and decided to call Anushree and Esha, but none of them picked up.

The next morning, Arshi got up early, as usual, went to the kitchen to make some coffee and breakfast. Arshi was seated in the dining table when her phone rang. Akshat sir had called up to ask about the wedding preparation and also about Bhoomi release. She wrapped up the conversation as soon as she could. The studio was temporarily closed due to renovation and all the work was now online over zoom. 

The Evening 

Arshi had a brunch, rice, dal and some grilled vegetables. She had to leave home by 3:30 PM to reach by 4:00 PM. She got a call from Anushree. She said, "I have a zoom meeting at 5:15 PM and it will be impossible to be back home by that time. So I don't think I will be able to make it. You and Esha can meet and then fill me in later on." Arshi had no option but to agree. She put up Esha on conference too. Esha was okay with she and Arshi meeting. That is when Arshi came up with a solution. She spoke, "Anu, your house is very close to my place and Esha can also come up here. Is that okay? And you can also have the zoom meeting from my place." That seemed like a workable plan for Anushree and Esha. They both collectively spoke, "That is a fine idea. We shall reach by 4:30 PM. Hope that is okay?" Arshi replied, "That would be fine. See ya both." Arshi went to the kitchen to prepare some coffee mix for them and also put up a couple of trays of muffins for them too.

Arshi went to her room to change from her pyjamas to some presentable clothes. She wore a pair of denim shorts and a Tee. Esha and Anu arrived sharp at 4:30 PM. Lata di opened the door to let them in as Arshi was busy removing the muffins from the oven. The two, Anushree and Esha were welcomed by an overwhelming fragrance of the muffins that filled the house. They sat in the dining table. Arshi walked out of the kitchen, removed her apron and sat with them. Anushree asked, "What have you been doing? The house is full of the smell of the muffins. It smells delicious." Arshi replied, "Thanks. Hope they taste good too. Anyone for coffee?" Both replied in the affirmative. Arshi guided the two of them to the living area and asked Lata Di to make the coffee that she had already mixed. 

Arshi, Esha and Anushree settled down with some coffee and muffins. Esha started, "So now talking about Arshi. I have a few questions that you can clarify and then I will suggest you what I have thought about. So, tel me something, How will he be able to replace Rahul's voice even if Manish helps him?" Arshi answered, "The same songs are also recorded in Vashishth's voice when Rahul was not there and Manish has it too. So it will be possible for him to also replace the voice. Esha asked, " But why would he do it? Even if Manish is extremely close to Ishaan, Why would he even mix up his personal and professional life? Try asking him if he has actually promised to help Ishaan." Arshi answered, " True. I don't think Manish is that kind of a person who will do something like that. I can't ask him directly though." Esha asked, "How long will the mixing of the songs take?" Arshi answered, "It will take about a week and my wedding and the release is in two weeks." Anushee asked, "I can actually convince Radhika and Rahul to prepone the date of release and that will ensure that you will not have to get married to Ishaan and also have Rahul's voice in the main album." Arshi answered, "That seems like a workable plan. Please speak to Rahul as he is the only one who can convince Akshat sir to postpone the release date. " They had finally arrived at a workable solution and had a lot of hopes from it. 

Arshi, Anushree and Esha enjoyed their coffee and muffins too. Anushree joined the zoom meet from Arshi's place while Arshi and Esha chilled in Arshi's room. Anu's meeting was over in an hour and half after which the three sat down and conversed about a lot of stuffs like Anushree's wedding, Rahul, their concerts among others. 

At 8:00 PM, Anushree and Esha were about o leave but Arshi convinced them to stay back for dinner. They left after dinner. After they left, Arshi opened her Insta and uploaded a story that read, "All will be well soon" and a little poem that sh head penned down some time back. She confined that story to her close friends only and Ishaan was not a part of that. She was happy to see that the first view of the story was Rahul. Rahul replied to that story, "Is it for us?" Arshi answered, "Yes. All will be fine soon." 

They both, Rahul and Arshi went off to sleep with a hope of a new day.
