Release Finalised

Anushree had offered Rahul a deal, that he would have most likely agreed for, but seeing him not agree to the deal and respect Arshi's privacy made Anushree feel proud of him. He was sure that Arshi would one day or the other inform him the truth and that is what made him sure about his decisions. 

Arshi was cooking her lunch with Lata di when her phone rang. It was Akshat sir who had called up. Arshi picked up and greeted, "Hello, Akshat sir." Akshat sir answered, "Hey Arshi! Long time since we all have met. I had called up to inform you that the release of Bhoomi 2020 is preponed as there are a lot of releases the next week and Radhika informed me that it will be a better idea to release it this week." Arshi said, "Yes sir. It will be better to release it this week. When are we planning the release?" Akshat sir informingly answered, "I was thinking that if we could release it day after tomorrow, it will be a good idea." Arshi said, "Yes, sir. That will be a fine idea. I will be there in the studio for the release." Akshat sir asked, "Could you please inform the same to Rahul too? " Arshi answered after a pause, "Yes sir. I shall inform him and get back to you." Akshat sir continued, "So, how is your preparation for the marriage going on? When is it scheduled?" Arshi answered nonchalantly, "Yes sir. It is in a couple of weeks. Preparations are going on fine." As she said these words, a fresh wave of pain hit her hard. Akshat sir asked, "I hope you continue with your career in music." Arshi replied immediately, "No sir. Not at all. In no ways, I shall quit my career nor take a break now. I will continue with the tours and production too." Akshat sir said, "Deep down, I knew but it is good to hear it from you. Music is in your veins and it's your passion, you should never quit it. I am happy for you." They both spoke for some time after which they hung up. 

Arshi felt good to have spoken to Akshat sir. Now she had to talk to Rahul. She mustered up all her courage and might to pick up her phone. Deep within she was happy to have got a chance to talk to Rahul. She adventurously decided to go for a video call. She dabbed on some lip gloss got a mug of coffee and opened Whatsapp and then went to his chat and clicked the video call option.

Rahul was sitting in the bean bag in his music room, with a mug of coffee scrolling through his Instagram feeds. He was pleasantly shocked to see a video call from Arshi. He got up to mend his hair and put his phone on the stand and accepted the video call. He greeted,  "Hey! How come you called up today?" He realised that their dynamic had not actually changed much, apart from the waves of pain that both had, about losing each other. Arshi asked flirting, "Have I lost the right to talk to you now?" Rahul answered, "You will never lose that right, Ms. Arshi Sharma. No matter whatsoever." Arshi not willing to talk about it directly started to speak, "Aksghat sir informed me that we would be preponing the release of Bhoomi to this week, day after tomorrow. Will that be fine?" Rahul excitedly answered, "That is completely okay with me. I am so excited for this release. This is probably one of our best works together and I can't wait for the world to witness it." Arshi blushed at the word 'together.' Rahul and Arshi had solely handled the entire production as Akshat sir was out of the country the entire month. They both spoke fir a couple of hours but none of them had started the topic of Arshi's marriage until the end. Rahul at the end of the video call asked, "So are you really getting married to Ishaan?" Arshi had no answers. She hung her head low and sat for some time after which she said, "Rahul. I do not want to get married to Ishaan and I hope that I don't. I am also in a spot here. Lets see what happens in the future." Rahul questioned, "If you do not want to get married, why are you marrying him?" Arshi replied, "I will tell you when it is the right time. Give me some time. I also want us to be together but the only option now that is better for the two of us is to not be together." Rahul had nothing to say. He was rather silent. He after sometime said, "See you day after tomorrow. By the way, there has been no promotion about its release being preponed. Is that okay?" Arshi answered, "Probably the promotion will be after the release." That is how the call ended. 

Arshi and Rahul confirmed with Akshat sir about the release date after which he sent a message in the Whatsapp group. It read, "Release date finalised. It is day after tomorrow."
