Dillion Scott || Dizzy Spells

Hiding the fact that my wolf wants to die rather than be apart from his mate was a challenge, to say the least. The only advantage I have over the last time my wolf decided to have a temper tantrum is that I know what's going on so I could make excuses and hide it from my family.

Elias's plan of only seeing me once a month was also not going to plan, since I've only really been home for a few days before symptoms started again. Plus the whole kidnapped and stranded saga, It's been barely ten days since I left Sallow grounds.

I was happy to be home though, I enjoyed seeing familiar faces that were happy to see me then the judging looks from the Sallow pack, who only know me as the stranger who has challenged their alpha a few times and some how managed to survive to tell the tale.

Nick and Josiah filled me in on what happened after my disappearance. Thankfully all relationships with the visiting packs, including the Longmire's are still intact. These things unfortunately happen quite often so there weren't to many packs that would be offended on getting questioned unless they had something to hide.

Caleb was sent home and will be on trial in the next few weeks. Supernatural trials were rare since usually disputes were figured out between packs but this case it was slightly different so the supernatural court will take care of this case.

I still am confused on what outcome Caleb had expected from the whole saga, I know he is a smart guy so he should of known it wouldn't of worked out to his favour. There has been cases of people having two mates but it was incredibly rare and the dynamics of the relationship between them is completely different.

"You shouldn't be here, you know" Nick stated, breaking me out of my thoughts. I raised an eyebrow as he sat down in one of the lounge chairs. "You should be with him, regardless if he wants you there" Nick said. I let out a humourless laugh, it's a weird thing cause I know that one day Elias will crack and we will be happy together in some aspect, whether that be romantically or in some form of mutual agreement that satisfies us both. I just had to continue pushing his buttons and breaking my self into the fortress that he has built for himself, but that was easier said then done cause my motivation and determination for the course takes a beating if I get nothing back. I need something to know that it is worth fighting for, other then death and Keenan telling me to keep going.

"I know, but after my last stunt and the whole Caleb saga, I have a feeling he'll feed me to the cougars if his pack don't kick my ass first." I stated. I get the general feeling that I am not that well perceived, them knowing my title and relation probably would make the world of difference but none would believe me and I don't see Elias announcing anything in the near future. "If he'd just talk to me, we can figure something out and have an enjoyable life. At least make our bond something useful, but no instead he runs away." I grumbled, feeling the onset of a headache coming on. How normal people put up with these on the regular is beyond me.

"I know your wolf is getting depressed again" Nick stated, a unimpressed look crossing his features. I cringe swearing under my breath, I was dumb to think it wouldn't get back to Nick. "I'm not having you on your deathbed just cause Sallow is being a stubborn jerk. I've seen you half dead one to many times these past few months and I'll be damned if I let it happen again. You're on a plane tomorrow. If Sallow has a problem with it then he can come talk to me. But as of tomorrow your getting kicked off pack grounds." Nick stated standing up, handing me a plane ticket, flashing a smirk. I rolled my eyes, thanking him softly.

The next morning as promised Nick kicked me off pack grounds, pushing me out the door after breakfast. I rolled my eyes bidding goodbyes to my family and headed to the airport. The flight took way to long as my head pounded, making my vision blur a few times. At this rate I will be passing out at Elias's feet, falling head over heals literally.

Arriving at the gates of the Sallow pack by lunch time. I drove up to the highly guarded entrance recognizing a familiar face. "Ben! Good to see you again." I greeted as I opened the car window. Ben smiled warmly as he walked up to the car.

"Dillion. Good to see you're alive and well" Ben said leaning on the window ledge, "I wasn't made aware that you were coming today" He said, eyebrows furrowed as he glanced down at the tablet in his hands.

"Glad to see nothings changed then. If we could we skip the bone breaking interrogation this time, that would great" I replied, wondering if my visits will ever be announced to the guards or am I going to be a secret every time. I had assumed Nick mentioned that I was coming to Keenan. Ben laughed softly nodding, apologizing again for that which I waved off.

"Unfortunately we are on strict lockdown. No one gets in or out at the moment" Ben stated, I raised an eyebrow as this was news to me. Keenan usually keeps me in the loop with what's going on. "Rouges have been raiding us for the past week." Ben explained briefly, I could tell there was more to the story but I didn't press him on it as it was doubtful that he would give me answers.

"Wouldn't think rouges would be so ballsy" I said, wondering why Keenan never mentioned anything, at least I could of brought up a few extra hands to help out.  "Well, can you talk to Keenan for me?" I asked, Ben looked at me with a raised eyebrow, since people usually ask for the alpha's permission. "From the stunt I pulled on my last visit, I think my best bet to get in is to ask Keenan." I explained.

"Yeah I herd about that. How you still have your head attached to your shoulders is beyond me" Ben muttered with a laugh, turning his head towards the other guards before turning to me. "Can you step out for a moment, gotta check you and the car out" Ben stated as he stepped back from the car, I nodded opening the car door.

I stood up a little to fast for my wolf's liking as the world spun, making me stumble forward, grabbing on to Bens shirt before I face plant the gravel. "You alright?" He asked gripping my arm. thankfully after a moment the dizziness went away.

"If I live long enough to see another sunrise I shall tell you how I did it" I said, referring to how I've kept my head. Letting go of ben and walking slowly to the side so they could search my car, and myself. Another guard handed me a bottle of water which I accepted gratefully.  Ben still had a look of concern on his face as he stared at me. "Don't go all soft on me now Ben, I'm fine" I stated with a forced smile.

"There has been theories and rumours' on who you are, if they are correct I rather you not die at my post. I'm already on thin ice from last time. I got a family to feed mate" Ben stated, making me laugh. The guards checked out the car while I filled out an NDA form, which was new since I didn't have to do that last time. Elias was really adamant to keep the inner workings of his pack a secret from the rest of the world, Which I guess is smart cause it has added to the mystery and reputation of the pack which works in his favour.

My head shot up when I heard an alarm go off, glancing at Ben who switched from being relaxed to guard mode. "Ryker's back" One of the guards yelled out. I barely had time to process before my wolf surged forward, shredding the clothes that was wearing and setting off through the gates. I got my bearing and control back over my limbs quite quickly, slightly dazed at the surge of control from my wolf.

The trees blurred past me as I ran, the wind cutting through my fur. I knew this probably wasn't the best idea since I'm not apart of this pack so anyone could easily mistake me for an enemy though I'm hoping my sent is still familiar and the fact Ben is currently running beside me. There is also the possibility that I black out but I'm hoping cause I'm close by Elias that my wolf will be somewhat satisfied.

I could smell the acidic sent of rouges the closer we got to the pack house. I sped up as adrenalin coursed through my veins, luckily I didn't have to be in the pack to know who was in Elias's pack as Rouge wolfs have a distinct unkept and messy look to them, they are also smaller which made spotting them easier.
