It's been a week since I've been kidnapped by that man and since I've last talked to Messiah. When we were in school, he always tried to pair up for assignments, catch me at my locker—do anything to try to talk to me. But I wasn't having it. I mean what I said, unless it was about the stupid shit I was sucked into then don't interact with me in anyway. It hurts but I'd rather not be involved with anyone in that way if this is what happens. He could've told me about this stuff when I asked the first time.

Let me know that he was involved in some dangerous situation like this. Now I'm in it and I can't get out.

My eyes felt heavy as I heard a loud ringing noise on my right side. I rubbed my eyes looking around my room, seeing it was still dark outside. I looked at my phone on my bedside to see Messiah calling–at 2 in the morning? I denied the call and sighed sitting up. He needs to let it go, I don't even wanna hear his voice.

"Ignoring your boyfriend?", I shook at the voice that sounded throughout my room looking towards my desk to see that man standing there leaning against it.

"H-how did you get in, why a-are you here?!", I started to get loud before I saw him lay a gun beside him. I abruptly shut up as I eyed him with tears on my cheek.

"Just checking up on you Rain, I think you're gonna be a favorite of mine. We haven't formally met but I'm Damiano Baiamonte. Your new boss, someone you can confide in if you need me."

"I'd rather not...but t-thanks for the offer," he crossed the room coming to sit in front of me. Placing a hand on my cheek brushing my hair back. I visibly shook as he pressed his hand on my thigh.

"I suppose my lovely employee hasn't let you in fully on what I do or what you'd do," I just nodded my head hoping he'd take his crusty hands off me.
