                                                  Can't fill the void within
Even with the help of your soft lips
                              I was searching through the dark
So desperate to reach your hand
                              But holding it tight
Did not bring that light
                              It was a spinning wave of broken lust
Which fades with the drink in the glass and never lasts
                              That was you, the dream filled with lies
Which ripped and tore down my heart
