Chapter 31

So me and Cyn got done with our shopping day we had and let's just say things went... well... I think it's best if Cyn says what happened lol. We are at the hotel and all of us are in Albee's room catching up what we did today.

China: well? What happened with y'all today?

Albee: I think I know. Cyn, did Erica do the same thing again with what happened in Vegas?

Erica: come on Albee. Why you gotta assume that.

Sway: cuz we know you Erica. When haven't you done something that you know you shouldn't be doing?

Q: he got a point there, E.

Erica: shut up Q!

Albee: I know something happened cuz Cyn is blushing right now.

Cyn: no I'm not. It was just hot today.

Sway: I wonder why lol.

Erica: okay fine. Yes something happened today but that's between me and Cyn.

Q: And God, too. You know he's always watching.

Everyone: shut up Q!

Cyn: but for real, enough about us, what did y'all do today?

Gina: well I went down to club that Erica will be hosting tomorrow night and getting things prepared.

Erica: oh that's cool. Which club is it?

Gina: it's club Tantra.

Erica: alright. Babe, you wanna come with me tomorrow?

Cyn: sure babe.

Everyone told each other about how their day went. Albee was still pushing Cyn to tell him what happened today between them cuz he saw a hickies all over the back and front of her neck. Cyn just brushed it off acting like they were little sun rashes from the heat earlier. We all decided to order room service and just have a day in for our first night in Miami. We watched old movies on Netflix before we got tired and went to bed.

*The Next Day*

It's the morning of Erica's gig at Club Tantra and I'm excited. I wanna see how Miami treats my baby since this is her city she started off her career in. I know New York loves her but this is pretty much where Erica got her fan base from. I remember she told me that she has a past here and has done some things that she's not exactly proud of but who am I to judge her past. It's about the present and how you make your future. I am a little nervous of what will happen if I ever run into one of Erica's little "friends" from the past.

We all spent the day out doing some sight seeing and looking around until it was close to the time to start getting ready for tonight. Erica had her hair and make-up team from Miami sent to our room and got started getting us ready. After three hours they were finished with me and Erica and we got dressed. Erica wore red jeans with a black LOVE shirt with her face on it and a red fitted cap. Even wearing something so simple she manages to make it look so good and flawless.

I didn't want to go all dressy for this gig tonight and wear something comfortable but still have my style to it. Cyn wore something comfortable too. She wore black jeans with a white shirt showing off her stomach. Is there anything this girl can't pull off?

It's almost midnight and we are heading to Club Tantra. It's been a while since I hosted a gig here in Miami. I've always loved their energy and how much love they always showed me. I just hope I have no familiar faces showing up tonight.

*At the club*

DJ: OH HOLD UP, HOLD UP! LOOK WHO JUST WALKED IN THE BUILDING, THE BEAUTIFUL ERICA MENA, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! MIAMI SURE ISN'T THE SAME WITHOUT YOU HERE MAMI! AND AS ALWAYS, MENA HAS A BEAUTIFUL LADY AROUND HER ARM!

Erica: WHAT'S THE FUCK UP MIAMI! I'M BACK AND I'M READY FOR EVERYONE TO SHOW ME WHY MIAMI IS THE PLACE TO BE! I GOT MY GIRL, THE LOVELY CYN SANTANA, WITH ME!

Cyn: WHAT'S UP MIAMI!

Erica: HEY SANTANA! I LOVE YOU!

The crowd went wild when Erica leaned in and gave Cyn a kiss. They headed towards their section and began to party.

After an hour in, the DJ announces that Erica had to be a celebrity judge for a dance contest they were doing. The DJ said the winner would have a very special dance with Erica at the end.

DJ: Aye yo Erica! You ready to judge some dancing now?!

Erica: I'm always ready! Now here's just one rule though, you have to give it your all and some me where y'all representing! DJ, don't that beat!

There was five dancers on the floor giving the crowd and Erica a show with their moves. They were killing it on the floor and was dancing like if it was their last.

Cyn: yo Albee, they really are going hard right now.

Albee: I'm not surprised. In Miami, they always wanna show love to Erica in whichever way possible.

Sway: but check out shawty in the black dress though. She killing it right now.

Albee: uh oh.

Cyn: What's wrong Albee?

China: Isn't that...

Q: Yo, I was thinking the same thing.

Cyn: will someone tell what's going on?

DJ: Alright, I think we have a clear winner here, ladies and gentlemen. Wouldn't you agree, Erica?

Erica: of course. Give it up to contestant number two!

Gina: she actually doesn't remember who she is?

Albee: Man, shit about to down tonight.

Cyn: why is that?

Q: cuz Erica just choose...

I know y'all don't like short chapters or cliffhangers, but Imma end it here for now. I will update again tonight before I go to bed. Things gonna get real interesting this next chapter.
