Luna watched her best friend pretend to electrocute herself and laughed lightly. She had been mildly worried when Sarah volunteered to go grab her neighbor's toy bunny, but the subtle wink that was sent in her reassured her the wires were disconnected. It had, however, scared Topper Thornton who was stood with his posy.

Even seeing him made her roll her eyes. Obviously she wanted to stay friends with him- he was family- but she wanted an apology too. She wanted him to say the words sorry to her face and mean it. That obviously wasn't going to happen any time soon. She hadn't done anything wrong. After a whole morning of thinking about it, the brunette still couldn't figure out why the two 'sides' hated each other. She supposed she'd be annoyed if there were people constantly flaunting money around as if it were nothing, but surely there was more to it than that.

"Absolute sucker." Sarah giggled at her boyfriend. Luna glanced up to where he was stood with a look of disgust. Topper was definitely annoyed, smacking away Kelce's hand in frustration. He looked over and made eye contact with his cousin, who swiftly flipped him off and went to go sit down.

Sarah clambered out the boat and made her way towards the brunette. "I'm going to go talk to Topper, you coming?"

"Sarah you said if Topp comes we could leave, go someplace else." Luna groaned. Perhaps it was selfish, but Sarah promised her. "You have all the time in the world with your boyfriend, but you'll only have me here for a couple months."

"You're literally living with him Lu, you need to talk to him at some point."

"I will, okay, but that some point isn't today. Please lets just go into town or something- I still haven't been in properly." Luna was almost begging. She watched Sarah think, hoping she wouldn't have to spend any time with the pretentious twits who were still stood talking.

"No."

"What?"

"No, we can do that another day." Sarah smiled, Luna certainly didn't.

"Fine...I'll go by myself."

With that Luna stood up and walked away. She knew Sarah had some sort of plan to rekindle the two, but she just wanted her to understand she needed some time. The girl appreciated her friend's attempts, she wasn't mad at her or anything.

Luckily, this solo adventure she was prepared for, an island map in her back pocket. Ward had given it her when he'd seen the two eating breakfast that morning. As nice as the man was, he gave off this weird vibe, like there was something not quite right. But for Luna there was always something not quite right. She wished she was less dramatic about things, and she wished she could just go on with life, but there was always that slight off feeling.

Pushing the thoughts out of her mind she focused on the map, which she held in front of her as she walked. The girl wished she had her skateboard with her, it still lay on the Thornton property garden, not being moved since she'd fallen over the other day. At least the lack of it meant a lack of accidents.

By the time Luna had walked to a more central area she had started to get hungry. The five dollar bill that lay in her phone case for emergencies had turned out to be very useful. The map indicated various dinners and cafes, but the closest to her current location was called 'The Wreck'. Or at least that's what she thought it said, the tiny weird cursive font whoever made the map used, was almost unreadable.

Walking slowly through the door Luna was hit with the instant smell of cooked food. It was very comforting. She noticed a girl stood at the counter so made her way over. The lack of anyone else in the building made her ever so slightly nervous- were they closed or something?
