The uttering seemed to maximise at full volume as she slid through the hallway. Her head dipped down and her books tightly clutched to her chest, it was like she had lost everything. It was quite evident that everyone knew that she was the one in the headlines
All she needed to wait for is for the minister to find solid evidence, and kick her out of this realm she called home.
An Angel impersonates Demon and blends into the Demon realm
It was funny how the title didn't lie, not even one bit. It was the definition of her now, to her and to everyone else. She was an impersonation, an attention seeker wanting to be someone she's not
Or perhaps, she was simply born into the blood of someone she's not
The answer remains unnoticed
Slumping into her seat, she had noticed the usually empty seat was now filled, with Haechan, the Haechan who was early to school
"Haneul" His voice still ran so smoothly into her eardrums
"Don't talk to me" She subtly pushed her table an inch away from his "I don't want to talk to you"
"What you're thinking is-"
"I said don't talk to me" She met his eyes, only briefly so she wouldn't give in to her morals again. After all, Haechan was someone she had planned to kill. Haechan released his breath, the soft rays from the window enlightening her rosy cheeks. There was an evident frown on her lips, the whispering of the people around her making her hair curtain her face.
It hurt to see her hurt, and they say you are only in love when you begin to see your emotions in their eyes.
Haechan was frustrated to say the least, he missed the way they had always argued yet it was barley 5 minutes into school time. He kept his eyes on her, as if through his gaze he could block off all the gossiping striking at her
Until 3 teenagers had waltzed into the room, their stance leaving everyone silent
She took no notice of them, and kept her head down.
"Yah Angel" The nickname sounded nauseating. She still didn't flinch; she knew who was talking to her
"Angels are meant to be nice, you should try it too" it was another one of those voices. Haechan's eyes snapped up. It was odd how he'd always say things like that yet he felt a pit of lava boiling in him when he heard others utter the same words. He had to hold back, she didn't need more attention that she was already getting.
"Oh wait, she's a demon" and the group laughed, several phones being lifted up to point in their direction
"Should we paint your wings black for you?" It was quite evident the three boys were demons, and powerful ones too. It was obvious when one of them grew out their wings, the black feathers dominating the tense classroom. This was merely the second person who could pull out their wings by will, the first being Haechan
