Artemis

There stood 5 wolves in our doorway, two were shifted into their wolves they stood on both sides of the three men. Apollo had stood from his chair along with Serena, he had his arm protectively shielding her. He was growling murderously at our company as they stood in there place frozen it seemed. As for the reason for their sudden halt, Athena.

Athena stood there holding two Glocks pointing directly at them. She must have materialized them when she heard them coming, nice.

I let out a chuckle, I was still sitting down in my chair; legs crossed, arms folded amused with the scene in front of me.

"Well isn't this fun," I said taking a sip of my orange juice.

"We know you have Serena give her back and we'll spare you the wrath of our Alpha!" one of the men in the middle yelled, but he was not the Beta.

"Well duh she's right there," I said pointing at Serena. "Oh, and you mean the Alpha currently away from his pack?" I asked amused. Their faces fell.

"Oh yes your sister talks a lot Beta," I said getting up from my chair.

"Listen we mean no harm honestly, you see Serena is kinda apart of the family now, and we protect our own," I said sternly.

"Tsk your nothing but a bunch of Rouges what could you know about protecting anything or anyone important to you, you guys only care about your selves." The man from before spoke again.

"You know we're hearing a lot from you Pipsqueak, what Beta, have nothing to say to the 'Rouges' that have your sister and your men stuck in their tracks?" I said walking closer to them.

The Beta stood there stone cold and emotionless but I could see his eyes were clouded over. He was mind linking his pack for back up. Foolish.

"Our Beta has no need to speak to the filth of a Rouge," the boy said spitting near my foot.

I heard Apollo growl loudly and Athena cock one of her guns.

"You know Pipsqueak I know you're supposed to be the one stalling until back up arrives but you are really starting to get on my nerves. Athena toss me a gun" I said looking right into the Betas eyes.

"You got it, Sis," Athena said tossing me one of her guns.

Catching it with ease, I didn't stop looking at the Beta, I put the gun to the man's head with a smirk.

"Now, speak. Beta." I ordered.

"Artemis! Please!" I heard Serena shout. From the corn of my eye I saw Apollo hold her back and whisper something in her ear.

"Let my sister go." the Beta said to me.

"Oh, so he does talk! But you see we're not holding her captive I told you she's family now. Just ask her your self"

He stared at me before shifting his glaze to Serena.

"What is she talking about Seren," He said in a commanding voice Apollo didn't seem to like causing him to growl.

"It's true. I've found my mate. They saved my life last night after a group of Rouges attacked me" Serena said holding on to Apollo.

"You see, as I said, family," I said with a smile as the Beta stared at me again.

"I see. Put down your guns." He said to me sternly.

"Call off your wolves surrounding the house," I said.

He narrowed his eyes at me before speaking again but this time with power behind his voice.

"No."
