Mal’dar
Mal’dar strode into Vizsla’s tent and set his lightsaber down. “I want a trade, lightsaber for me and Rimi being able to leave”.
Vizla looked at Mal’dar calmly and picked up the lightsaber. He activated it it’s green blade illuminating the room. “It is a fine weapon, however, I have a better one,” said Vizlsa. He deactivated the blade and held it out to Mal’dar.
Mal’dar took the lightsaber back and sighed, “You have a mission for me?”
Vizsla nodded, “Indeed, a member of Duchess Satine’s Council is visiting Coruscant, kill her”.
“Any specific way?”
“I want the Dutchess to fear us, make it visible”.
“Ok,” said Mal’dar.
He walked out of Vizsla’s tent and to his and Rimi’s.
“You got a mission?” asked Rimi.
Mal’dar took off his helmet and nodded glumly. “Not a good one”.
“What’s that supposed to mean?” inquired Rimi.
Mal’dar bit his lip and averted her gaze. “Assassination”.
“Of who?” asked Rimi sitting next to Mal’dar.
“Some woman on Satine’s council,” said Mal’dar.
Rimi pondered it, “Well if you don’t want to do it you could challenge it to the council or challenge Vizsla”.
Mal’dar shook his head, “There’s no reason not to do it, and I won’t break my word to him I won’t leave without permission”.
“Then what are you still doing here?” asked Rimi.
Mal’dar nodded, “Thanks,” and he put on his helmet before walking towards Abam.
A helmed Rimi jogged after him, “So where is she?”
Mal’dar turned to his wife, “Please Rimi let me do this one alone”.
Rimi crossed her arms, “I’ve seen you kill before you think it’ll scare me?”
“No,” answered Mal’dar instantly, “But-”
“But nothing,” said Rimi, “I’m coming, though if it bothers that much, I’ll just pilot”.
Mal’dar tipped his to her, “Vor Entye” Thank you.
They reached Coruscant and Mal’dar walked through the city a poncho covering his jetpack and blasters. His first step would be to kidnap her assistant, he would know her schedule. The council member was at a upper mid-class hotel.
Mal’dar walked along the street of Coruscant until he found a cap. “Hey, I need to go to Rose Tower”.
The cab driver, a Balnab with light purple skin and spotted tentacles, gave him a skeptical look, “Ain’t you one of dem Mandalorians” his voice was very high pitched and nasal.
“What’s your fare?” asked Mal’dar.
The cab driver gave a long stretch before answering, “To Rose Tower, ten credits”.
Mal’dar pulled out his coin purse, which was starting to develop a bulge. He pulled out a ten credit piece an set in the Balnab’s hand which was quite rubbery.
The Balnab’s eyes widened at the sight of the coin purse which Mal’dar then put away. “I need to go to the bathroom”. He scrambled back into the diner and reached for a holoprojector.
Mal’dar sighed and tapped his pistols, the remainder of them being there grounding him. It appeared that he might use them even before getting to the hotel.
